Really good location, Exactly as advertised, Easy to check in - kiosk outside door and pay with card - this took about two mins and I used my booking reference from booking.com - so convenient. The room was clean, not massive but had enough space. The beds were comfortable with clean crisp bed linen. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to Le Mont Saint Michel, Avranches and was an easy distance to Granville. Pets - staying with more than one wasn’t an issue - amazing!! Many thanks for Nathalie for being so helpful.

A kettle in the room would be handy but there’s a drinks area in the lobby of the hotel.

The room was amazing, very well furnished and clean - What we appreciated the most was the location of the hotel: it's very easy to reach the most touristic destinations from there. We were able to visit both Mont Saint Michel and St. Malo driving respectively for just 20 and 40 minutes. We paid just 8 euros more to access the breakfast in the morning, which was aboundant and very good.

The staff is not always available and you can find yourself checking in and out automatically - We've got a payement problem and we had to wait till the day after to meet the receptionist and get it solved.

Location is about 2 miles south of Aravanches in a commercial district with markets and restaurants are close by. Good basic hotel.

For some reason I could not check in using their kiosk. Luckily, the cleaning staff helped out.

Breakfast room was far too small. Disappointed with gluten-free options as there were just madelaine cakes no gluten free bread at all, and no gluten free cereals.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. We did a last minute check-in extremely late at night. We managed to check in with no hiccups. The room was lovely and clean and fully ready for us to wind down and go to sleep.

The hotel was clean and the staff / manager we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Free parking which had security features. We will definitely be returning in April this year!

The check-in system was down and we didn't get our key, so the front desk girl Adulina had to stay overnight. On Sunday :(.

Since we were a couple with a young baby, they provided us a bigger room along with baby cot. Rooms are clean and so are the toilets. A nice and clean stay. Something that you need when you are in the room only to sleep.

They could keep the reception area open for a longer time during the day. Breakfast can get better. The rooms should have some basic cups for drinking water and soaps for hand wash. Especially when with a baby, some facility like hot water and provision for some plates/spoons would be good.

I booked this hotel for my family because we were heading to Mont Saint Michel the next day and it was close and cheap. Upon arrival there was free parking available and we got checked in rather quickly since I was able to check in with a machine rather than a staff member. The rooms provided free toiletries and were clean. My family liked the room and our beds. Since we were just using the room for sleeping it was perfect. Comparing this hotel to the many other I have stayed at, it was well worth it for the price, location, and amenities it offers. It ranks among my top ten list of hotels I would use again.
