Room was good, clean and enough space for two people. Location is good - short drive and close to the center of the village. Breakfast is amazing - good selection and very tasty. Personnel is very nice and helpful - we wanted to extend our stay for one more night and they helped us to get it extended in the cheapest and most comfortable way.

Parking is tiny, during the season it should be fully packed - and there are no alternatives nearby.

A picture perfect spot for the hotel with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Location was 15 mins bus ride from the Chamonix central bus stop and everything was just so picturesque. I loved the time spent here. The town is pristine with kodak moments all around. Comfortable stay at IBIS Styles makes it even more happening. Breakfast served is good and they offer you a free ticket for local transport for as long as you are in town. Staff is few but available to help you always. Overall an amazing stay and all 5 stars to the location.

The hotel restaurant was closed during my visit which kind of spoiled my mood but to make it up you have more than a couple of restaurants just few meters down the road so you are covered.

Tiny things like the toilet being separate to bathroom so absolutely tiny and even me who’s super skinny struggling to get through door that opens inwards ?!

Our room was very clean though small, and overall was very good value for money. The breakfast was very good, especially as I could make a mug of good black leaf tea. We had a good view to the mountains and Les Houches was a quiet place to stay with easy access by bus into Chamonix. The food in the restaurant was good and in line with prices in Chamonix. The bed was large, comfortable and with good bedding.

There was no seating in the room other than sitting on the bed. The room was too small for an armchair. I suppose that this is reflected in the price. The hotel car park is small, but we were just able to get a space. Otherwise parking would have been about 400 m away. Other guests had commented on this so we were forewarned, and we chose to leave our car in the carpark and use the local bus to get to and from Chamonix.

The place had everything I needed. The breakfast was nice, with lots of pastry and cheese, typical for the region. The bed was large and comfy. The hotel is located halfway between the centre and lifts up the mountains, so a shortish walk could take me to both. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant offers some dinner options, no need to go elsewhere. Late check-out for an extra charge was very convenient.

I was pretty happy, just a bit more storage space would be useful. There weren't really many options to unpack a bit.

Excellent value for money with a great location.

1. There were families allowing their children to run around unattended whilst they all sat in the bar drinking. The lift was constantly being played in, which was annoying when you needed to stay in time with your own personal plans. Everyone had paid the same and should not have had to put up with these families taking over or the children running around shouting and screaming whilst we were trying to relax. 2. No leisure facility (i.e. pool or spa to relax).

The establishment is modest yet cozy and offers excellent amenities, including a prime location for those embarking on the TMB hike. The staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast selection is extensive. I must emphasize the delightful Italian restaurant on the premises, as well as the exceptional service provided by Mika, our attentive and kind server. Overall, our stay was truly outstanding.

Lovely decorations, delicious breakfast included. The restaurant offers dinner options at good prices and great wine. You can only reach the location by bus from the city center, every 30min.

Staff was not very well prepared. We asked for recommendations of places to go, and basically we were encouraged to come back in another season, but not October/November. Fortunately the weather was nice and we could catch the last open weekend of the Aiguille du Midi.

This hotel can’t retrieve your payment from Booking.com and they make that issue yours. The hotel is great - they just need to figure out their workflow with Booking.com because it doesn’t work. When we first arrived we sat for 1-hour troubleshooting with the attendant that we already paid for our stay via Booking.com. The next morning a different attendant told us we had to pay city tax. We already paid that the night before. Then they told us we still had to pay for our stay. We stayed yet another 30+ minutes going back and fourth about the fact that we already paid. They wanted us to deal with booking.com and pay them direct. They need to figure it out. Not us. We’re guests.
