Self catering. Location is brilliant, apartment is great for two people, though a bit tight for any more. Well equipped and well serviced.

Chamonix has become highly developed, with holiday apartments shoehorned into every available space, very much at the expense of car parking availability. Not only was car parking difficult to find spaces, but it was expensive. There should have been space outside Le Chamois Blanc to enable people to unload their cars on arrival, but this has all been removed, meaning that people have to drag their luggage across the busy road from even the nearest car park. Pity, it never used to be like that.

The apartment building I booked, did not have a reception. So I could not pick up my keys. The reception for the whole complex was in another building. So it would be useful if you let your customers know this beforehand. Where they should go on the first day. Even a sign in the window of your apartments would do. Otherwise I was standing outside for 3 hours very confused.

Location, generally well equipped place

The fact that I was provided with the address of the place I was staying BUT not the address of the reception!!! It was late in the day and pouring with rain whilst I waited outside waiting for the front door to open at 5pm, the check in time, but nothing happened. I don't speak French so asked a local to call the number provided to find out where they were located which was on another Street. This was most appalling thing I've experienced in 40 years of traveling. How does an accommodation provider or booking.com not give you the address of the reception. Do you think I am a psychic? Honestly I would really appreciate an apology at the very least.

Perfect Location. Very central to do all activities in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The central bus station is right opposite the accommodation, very convenient to travel to near by villages and Geneva. I will give more than 5 stars for location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Kitchen is well equipped , even has a dishwasher . Reception staff is very very helpful and friendly. They will help adjust even if you are arriving in between reception opening times. All you need to do is to call them before hand and they are able to help.

The cleaning was basic but may be the best that could be. May be a little bit of renovation ( flooring) will help. The size of accommodation May be a bit crowded for a group of 4 adults or family with two teenager kids , but size is perfect for families with little children.

really handy location with Chamonix Sid bus station just outside. Ski locker in basement so not carrying all your gear up to the room every time. Kitchenette with dishwasher so very convenient and can cut costs rather than eating out every night. Great views of Mont Blanc from my room. Able to leave luggage at room near reception so can go skiing on check out day too if late enough flight.

A little street noise but not too late at night. Took me a while to realise that reception for the building is shared with another hotel just around the corner near the bridge.

Very nice room, comfy with everything needed. Big plus for the staff who were helpful.

For the private parking it is required to pay additionally or find a place in the town which is rather demanding.

Excellent location and very comfortable apartment. Check-in was easy and staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment for three people, for a 3-day 2-night stay. Would have been nice with at least one more roll, just in case!

Fully equipped apartment with reasonable price. The reception desk is at another building, around 5mins by walk. It's not really a matter if you don't have tons of luggage. The location is perfect for someone comes by public transportation. Right in front of the station for bus and coach.

Location is excellent. The ski bus is in front of the building and the buses to Geneva and other towns as well. Ski rental place is in the same building.

It is a bit old and not very roomy. The neighbors upstairs kept us awake late at night

I loved the location, the staff were kind and helpful, I loved the apartment with my one friend.

I was confused of what to do for check in and then called and they told me to come to the other location.
