All excellent. But we took our own wine to the restaurant in the hotel grounds. They told us no problem. Then when the bill was being paid they added €25 because we brought our own wine. I refused to pay that charge. , They argued but in the end accepted that this was ridiculous because they had done nothing, only added a charge, not even uncorked it, we did that. . This is complete nonsense and visitors to France should be aware that the French are sometimes completely stupid and will try to rip off foreigners. Fortunately I am fluent so they did not get away with that crap.

Clean, extremely comfortable beds and fantastic shower. Staff friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday's. It's our fault for not checking, but it was frustrating having to locate somewhere to eat when France shuts on a Sunday. On a plus, we located Buffalo restaurant about 5 mins drive away, which was cracking. This small factor would not stop us from staying again. Oh, the paper tea & coffee cups in the room seemed a bit cheap, but my coffee still tasted great.

We are American expats who have traveled the globe extensively and this location is definitely among the top 2 in terms of cleanliness. I’m a clean freak to the max and it takes a lot for me to not feel squeamish in hotels. Here, I felt completely comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the exceptionally clean and modern rooms. Fridge, Coffee Maker, Instant Coffee, Breakfast until 11:00, Restaurant Options On-Site, Safe Entry Measures, etc. Lovely gem of a place!

It’s a bit far removed from the action but I like that. Some guests might not. I prefer quiet woodland locations with ample parking, over being in or near the city center, but not everyone feels the same.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. I have stayed in lots of different hotels in Europe, but this one stands out by far. I loved the foyer of the hotel, which had a games room for children, a pool table and each section of the rest of the foyer looked like a separate living room for groups of guests. The staff were all extremely helpful & friendly despite a language barrier. The icing on the cake was a coffee machine in the room!

We couldn’t access the hotel from the business park side despite there being a gate there.

Very good experience in this brand new hotel, interior design (building and furniture's) is very good with Scandinavian/industrial atmosphere. Not easy to recognize the hotel from outside but once we step into the courtyard, it looks very nice, friendly and warmfull ! Restaurant is very good as well and hotel staff very usefull and friendly. I do recommend this hotel and people working here !

hotel access not easy the first time

Fabulous design, friendly staff, very clean. Dogs are allowed and pay 10 euros per night. Great place!

More vegan options at breakfast would be greatly appreciated. As vegan options there were: bread, jams, fresh fruit, fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, tea, coffee, and cold vegetable milk. If you could add some cooked vegetables, salad, nuts and warm vegetable milk, that would really make the difference! Thank you :)

The hotel really surprised us. For the price we payed it was a lot better than more expensive hotels we stayed at. The staff did their best to communicate with us in English and ensure we felt welcome. The common area of the hotel is something we fell in love with since the vibe was suburb. We enjoyed playing pool and using the arcade games they have (for free!). If we even travel to Lille again I’m pretty sure we will stay here again.

Vacuum under the bed, it was the only spot I could find that was not pristine.

we got the handicape enabled room which is bigger then standard but bathroom without curtains or closed douche so the whole bathroom was flooded 😐 it was too busy during the night too much noise from other rooms and the breakfast disorganized 1st morning- too busy

Location is industrial but handy for transport links. Place itself is set out well and really looked after.

Traffic noise in the rush hours.

Modern hotel, beautiful room with balcony. Breakfast Excellent. Staff excellent. Location is very quiet, but that's why we choose it. Very secure parking.
