I expected very little for the price of 36 EUR per night, and was pleasently surprised: 1. the receptionist upon our arrival wet out of her way to help find us room available for early check-in 2. The room was very comfortable and clearly a lot of attention is being put into cleaning 3. The location is great Overall, great bargain option for a stay in the heart of Lourdes!

Only a slight inconvenience: The hotel was clearly battling some black mould in the bathroom and the room smelled strongly of the anti-mould chemical. I do not think it is a cause to complain as it is good to see the issue was being adressed and also we got the room early, so normally it may have managed to be ventilated better before check in.

Location was perfect. Very close to the tourism office, very close to the main bus and train stations and a short walk to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. Château Fort Musée Pyrénéen is just behind the hotel. Hospitality wise, the owners and staff make you feel at home. In fact the owner waited for me very patiently, till about 01.30am in the morning, after my very delayed flight. A hearty breakfast to keep you full for a few hours is taken care of by the owners too at a very nominal price. A lot of restaurants nearby too. Room had everything needed, including TV. Speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and French and you"ll be well understood. Well worth the stay, will surely return.

It is a brilliant place. It is excelent for a weekend away to stay. Quite close to both train station and the Cathedral and other attractions. Lady at desk very nice (I beleive she was the owner) and the genrleman on the morning also very friendly. Take into account, it is not 5 star hotel so if you looking for luxury it is not for you but if you looking for a budget stat at a very friendly atmosfhera where all the necessary facilities available it is the place for everyone. Breakfast is also very reasonable price and more than enough for start a day. Highly recommended to stay at this property.

Cosy hotel with a flair, very nice breakfast room and comfortable beds. Despite the location almost in the city centre, very quiet - possible to sleep even with an open window. Lots of free parking lots around. Even though we arrived late on Friday and were sure we would not find a parking spot, we had no problem and even lots of choice. Very friendly host that provided some advice regarding sightseeing, thank you for that!

We recommended this hotel because the service is exceptional, They are so kind, Sophian help us to know the different plans and bus routes to explore Lourdes and around. Also the breakfast was delicious and fresh, especially the croissant and coffee. He is a professional. The hotel is comfortable, organized and the relationship cost and benefits is so good. we would like to come back and enjoy again.

This hotel is located in the town centre, near a big and elegant square. It is also a 15-min walk away from the sanctuary. Close to the hotel, there are several bars and restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy as well. Also present are other type of stores (perfume shops, clothing shops, etc). I found the location to be so convenient!!😊 Moreover, the hotel owner and the general staff are very friendly and welcoming!! At the check-in, the owner asked us which floor we would preferred and then advised which would be the best rooms too. The checkout is at 11, however, not needing the room that day for other guests, the owner let us check out at a preferred time. He also took care to suggest the best transportation services to the airport. The inside of the hotel was great as well, with comfortable rooms provided with cozy bed sheets and cushions. The rooms come with a private bathroom that include toiletries, towels, and a hair drier. You can also buy breakfast in the morning (from 7.30 am until 10am) and it costs 6€ per person. It includes common food such as ham, cheese, freshly baked baguette bread and croissants, cereal. The dining hall staff will also prepare you tea or coffee according to your preference. They seemed to not have plant-based/vegan milk, which would have been optimal in my case. All in all, it was still a satisfying and cheap breakfast since the costs outsides are way expensive.

The bathroom was a bit small, which maybe could become somehow inconvenient to certain guests. However, that might be different for other rooms.

The hotel is very close to the Lourdes sanctuary, just a short 10-minute walk away, and it's even closer to the Lourdes railway station. You'll find many restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is exceptionally friendly, nice, and always ready to help. The price for the facilities offered was quite reasonable. Plus, the view from the room's window, with the fort and mountains, was truly breathtaking.

Very clean. The staff was so kind and attentive. They were able to add a second night with ease. The room was exactly what was expected for the fare. It was excellent for the price. It’s only 10 minutes to the train station and also about a 10 minute walk to the Lourdes grotto. Located next to plenty of restaurants.

The hotel is in the center of Lourdes. Plenty of restaurants and gift shop around it. It's adjacent to the tourist office. Everything is within walking distance. Lourdes Basilica entrance is 5 minute walk from the hotel. The owner/receptionist is very accommodating. They serve continental breakfast with warm fresh bread and coffee/tea. The room is small but the sheets smells fresh and everything is spotless. They provided us with a kettle with teabags and coffee.

The shower is a very small. But has plenty of hot water. Nothing negative.

The Owner Sophian was the one who greeted us when we arrived. He was so pleasant and very helpful and kind. The location is very accessible and near to Grotto. Moreso, when we checked out, we didnt expect the extra kindness of Sophian to provide us some breakfast for free and he even extended his effort to take us to the bus station via his own car.
