Ample size rooms & great view. Staff super helpful. Bar downstairs was good too. Spa was lovely. Provided check-out extension (EUR50) using one of the rooms which was helpful. Ski in Ski out was acceptable.
Breakfast was basic. Would have liked more choice. Room had some maintenance required such as the curtain rail was hanging down. We fixed this ourselves. We weren't allowed to use the spa on our leaving day which was a shame. We asked for twin beds in each room. Only 3 provided these and one room had to move.

Ended up in South facing room and it was lovely. Lovely pool and hot tub area. Comfy bar.
Was shown to a room at start that hadn’t been cleaned. But was soon rectified. Pool, hot tub, sauna and hamman all needed to be a few degrees warmer.

Food was great. All staff were super-helpful and friendly.
When we were there the sauna was under repair. I had to make do with the pool and hammam facilities...

I was genuinely worried about my stay at the hotel, having read all the previous comments that people had posted. However, it turns out the place is very decent and I think people just have a tendency to write reviews when they feel negatively. This isn't to say the place is perfect though. The best parts for me were: - Location is just fantastic. Ski-in, ski-out. Marvellous views from the rooms. Good amount of restaurants around. There is a Spar and a bakery nearby. - There is an equipment store inside the hotel, which is fantastic convenience. - The basement has lockers to leave your equipment in, which open using your room key - very convenient. - The hotel has a nice interior. I know what people mean about it being dated (some fixtures could use a refresh), but it still a pretty and cosy hotel. The pool table was a nice feature to have for the evenings. - The spa is nice. The pool is pretty big, so multiple people can swim. The jacuzzi is quite big too to be fair, but it is inevitable in such a big hotel that it will be full most of the time. I managed to use it once. - On arrival we were welcome by a lady at the reception who is warm, friendly and went out of her way to help.
There have been a few things which could be improved: - The radiator in our room didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay. It wasn't too bad as there was heat coming from adjacent rooms, but it was a bit chilly in the evening and morning. - Our room seemed to be tidied a bit when we were out every day, but the towels were not being replaced and when we ran out of toilet paper it was not replaced either. When we asked for toiler paper and towels at the reception, we received them though. With regards to the towels we had in our room from day one: there were two on each bed, nicely folded, but the sizes were random. I had two small ones. My partner had a large one and a small one. My friends had a mix as well. It is not a big deal as you could always ask for towels at reception, but the housekeeping clearly lacks attention to detail or even obvious things. - Perhaps the most disappointing thing about our stay was the interaction with reception on the last day. On our arrival at the hotel, I told the reception that we would like breakfast to be added for the first morning. The friendly lady advised that last minute additions of breakfast mean it is more expensive, but she said she would put through our 8 breakfasts at 15eur pp each as a kind gesture. The friendly lady was not present when we were checking out. Instead, another lady charged my 4 friends the higher price when they checked out early morning before I got up. When my time came to check out, I started a discussion, since it was me who agreed the lower price with the reception on arrival. The lady at reception immediately went into attack mode: explained to me as if I was an idiot the difference in price, advised that she has no knowledge of what I allegedly agreed with her colleague, and acted as if I am a nuisance. Eventually she found her colleague's note on my booking and realised she was wrong.
