Location was great, very easy to get around with the escalators in the public passageway short cutting the way into town facilities were great and value for money. Bakery collection from reception for breakfast was also great.

The single beds in the second bedroom were very narrow, not ideal for older teens/young adults. They didnt sleep very well as a result. Also wasn't very clean. Carpets not vacuumed. We had the previous residents dental floss on the carpet in our bedroom! Boot room locker heater didn't work.

Very handy . Helpful staff. Apartment size good . Sauna room . Ski from apartment

Locker room - a little more space or some hooks to stop skis from falling . Some other person’s skis fell on my sons head . More help with information for transport to/ from apartment . It wasn’t clear how we go from Telegraphique or Welcome Centre and if it was free or not .

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped accommodation. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Good location at the top of the resort but only 5 minutes to the centre. True ski in ski out.

Initial communication wasn't perfect in that we were told the accommodation we were getting want what we had requested. Ultimately we did get what we had requested so it was probably just a problem with the accommodation sending standard messages.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The view was spectacular. Great location and facilities

More options for sauna bookings e.g. half hour for half the price. Firmer pillows would make sleeping more comfortable

Well kitted out, very comfortable in general, despite the beds being uncomfortable. Plenty of space, fantastic views and the location was perfect. Hotel was organised with the heated secure storage for skis and boots. Room was clean and tidy on arrival with everything you needed.

Noise at night from people returning late to the accommodation. Doors opening and shutting were noisy. We were on the 4th floor but directly above the front door which we could hear opening and shutting from the first person going in and out in the morning. I am sure if you were further away then you were probably fine, but no chance sleeping beyond 06.00ish. The kitchen had a hob and a microwave oven, all clean and tidy, but a microwave oven is no good in an apartment that slept seven. It needed an oven.

Well designed

The in resort transfer to the main reception does not include a continuation to whichever block you are allocated to. Rather than lugging your luggage down a ski slope, delivery to your allocated block (if you have checked in in advance) would be an improvement.

The size of the apartment, with having 19 & 18 year olds with us it was ideal. Location was excellent as it was ski in ski out.

The ski locker room was a bit cramped in the mornings with families preparing for ski school.

Good location. Walkable to and from the welcome centre if needed. Next to public escalators to the town. Ski shop next door. The 2 bedroom apartments are big enough for a family of 5 and quite well appointed.

Sometimes the escalators on the public passage way to the town always had one or two of the three flights not working.

Great location for ski in and ski out. We missed the correct lift home one day and took a different route that meant we had to walk 20 meters instead of skiing right to the door so either way great!

A near by bar and or supermarket. That said these are ony a 5 or 10 minute walk anyway
