Excellent breakfast with a good choice of sweet and savoury, including local products (jams, juices, honey etc), warm bread. The extra touches such as free tea and coffee in the room and in the downstairs lounge felt like a treat! The room was very warm and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean. The restaurant offered a good choice of good quality meat and other dishes, we returned most nights. We really loved our stay! Richard and his colleagues went the extra mile to accommodate us!

Boots room was on the smaller size, but we’ve managed.

The rooms are great - the restaurant is great - honesty bar - location - decor - but best of all - the owners who are without any doubt the best I have ever met in 50 years of very extensive travel. I own a hotel and was a director of a huge travel group - and these guys are THE BEST. They cared for my wife when she needed help and went a million miles beyond what anyone could expect. They take hospitality to a new level. They are angels with a smile and a warm welcome. Absolutely unbelievably perfect.

Nothing

We stayed in the apt, which was very roomy with nice facilities and very clean. This is probably the closest apt we have had to the slopes. It defines ski / ski out.

Given that this is an apartment, you require a car to get groceries or should plan to have them delivered prior to arrival. There isn’t a convenience store within walking distance.

We stayed one night and all was very nice. The room is clean and comfy, there was a nice wine selection in a communal mini bar and the breakfast was very good.

There wasn't much to choose from for dinner - the hotel organized a fondue night but the main restaurant was closed and there wasn't much else in the area.

Wonderfully cozy hotel, spacious and fully equipped suite. Amazing view on Dents du Midi and skiing slopes. Superb breakfast as of 7h45, for early birds, with highly recommended locally produced jams. Ski in and out through basement/ski room. For dinner make sure to book your table as restaurant has limited capacity.

It is a small boutique hotel run by Richard and team, with outstanding friendly service, great bedrooms, great food and an ideal ski in-ski out location

The location is stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful - special thanks to Richards. I open the window in the morning to hear the peaceful sounds of Swiss cowbells and a running stream.

I liked absolutely everything. High-level hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good sound insulation. Very nice and cozy. Friendly owner of the hotel. Underground parking, no need to clean the car from snow. There's a special atmosphere there. Memories of staying at this hotel will stay with us forever

I can't find the flaws

The reception warm welcome and kindness, helpful, location, the room, the bathroom with heated floor, koffie, tee in the lobby, under building parking, the view from the room, cosy breakfast room, enough choice. Everything was perfect. Above 10 score.

It was a great holiday for a couple. Very polite and professional staff at the reception. They upgraded our room for free. Tasty breakfasts.
