This Hotel is a kind of Lair for me... Since 2015... Being there a Lot in very special syncronicities periods. Beeing a Creative Director in the Region i allway been well received by this Lovely Local team... Birds told me that the New Investor Group was great and ultra visionnary and motivated to do this Place a Top Place of this Future worldwilde famous Healthy Hill Area of Nizza. This Acropolis 3.0 Zone with the Coulee Verte as a Tree of Recreativity and Activity will jump those streets into a New HopeFull World. I cant wait to present you all this Event and Live Being Project that i hope it will match to the Top. The Hotel , from the Location to the Breakfast , to the Service and LovelyTeam... i hope that my creativity here will be infinite.

The breakfast was brilliant. Great choice and delicious. The room was super. It is a brilliant design to have the toilet separate from the bathroom and a bit private. Comfy bed and nice complementary tea and coffee in the room.

The down side was that the WiFi was broken, for both days I stayed, which cost me in my work commitments. A good and reasonably priced hotel, but without being able to supply WIFI it’s a very poor show when this is high on the agenda for a traveller like myself who books a hotel expecting the hotel to deliver this service. It would have been top marks, but the lack of ability to get the WIFI working because the technician was off for the weekend had negative financial repercussions for my stay.

Great Location and friendly staff. The initial room didn't meet our expectation but staffs were considerate and moved us to a better room. Please note that some rooms are renovated while others are not. Renovated rooms are good. Convenient location close to old town and just 8 min walk to promenade.

Rooms on upper floors seems to be modern and upgraded. Our initial room on first floor was old and dated. Ask for new rooms.

The breakfast was very good, almost excellent... except the absence of the vegetables (at all!). I could imagine how vegan feel... (I am not the one so it was more than enough for me not to be hungry for the whole day ahead). Rooms are spacious, comfortable, staff members are friendly, location is excellent, a few minutes to the Old Port and to the tram and museums on another side.

The I-net signal was a bit weak, at least for the videoconference. The central air conditioning system was not that necessary in the end of October, especially if it was some remaining - weak but still - smell of smoking. Maybe it was just an occasional effect, I did not feel hurt.

The location is super nice, the staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms are super nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast was really good as well.

The rooms could use a little bit of fresh air, after we had opened the window and vented out the fresh air it was okay :) (we had two rooms, both had the same issue). The parking is also a bit pricy, however it might be because of the area, but you get real private parking (closed underground garage).

Breakfast was good but I must say thank you to a person work there she was the best thing in this hotel her name is Denise she was helpful and very very kind with a beautiful smile so thank you Denise if you wasn’t there I will never could change the bad room when I arrived I was shocked it’s four stars hotel with old toilet without hair dryer and when I asked the lady in the evening at the reception she wasn’t helpful at all she told me what you have in the toilet is the only hair dryer but it wasn’t like she said and room with another door that could open other room and this make me afraid and room without pillow and not clean enough but she change everything next day when she was in the reception she is the best Also the wifi it’s really strange a 4 stars hotel without internet but I must really thank Denise you are the best and beautiful things in this hotel

The room size was good. Cleaning was done fantastically well. Breakfast was also good. The staff were really helpful, professional ans friendly. They listened and helped with all our questions regarding places to visit and getting round town generally. We had an amazing time here. Shout out and massive thank you to Karo and Andrada for providing top notch customer service.

Location, facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Very secure parking, when we finally got it.

I had specifically asked for a twin room and had reserved parking for two motorcycles. Neither were (apparently) available, until the management became involved, even though I had a booked a twin through this site, and they had responded to my parking request. Make sure that you check that they have received and understand your requirements. And, you're better off getting breakfast in town.

Quiet room, effective air conditioning, comfortable bed, welcoming staff, good breakfast, excellent location, easy access to public transport, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets, easy access to the old town and the coast, daily cleaning
