The location was great. It is right in the middle of the Old Town and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

The hotel is old and needs a refurbishment.

The location in the old town was perfect, quiet at night and just around the corner from the Airport Tram Garibaldi Stop. The staff agreed to wait outside of normal check in as we had a late flight which was very much appreciated.

It's an older hotel and so don't expect modern facilities and a perfectly set out room but perfectly clean and a good base for exploring. Breakfast wasn't available on two days but there are so many places really close by it didn't matter.

Good breakfast. Location couldn't be bettered.At the heart of the buzz of the old town.

I really don't mind if the balcony rails need painting or the bathrooms aren't deluxe. It is so authentic and the receptionist was excellent.

Myself and my friend had booked this hotel. It had mixed reviews so we were unsure what to expect. It does not have a lift, just stairs , but this was not an issue for me and my friend. I loved this little hotel and I felt it had a lovely vibe. The receptionists were extremely nice and helpful as well as accommodating to us. The location in old town was convenient to many places, tram etc. Gabriel the waiter was great to speak with and also very helpful and good personality. They served good wine which was reasonably priced. Myself and my friend enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. Hopefully I will back in the near future. Thank you

The receptionist, Mariya, went above and beyond her duties to help me when I arrived having lost my wallet in the tram. Whether it was lost or stolen, she helped and supported me, she even paid for my first dinner while I was getting funds sent from abroad. She is the best receptionist ever. Also the support from the the rest of the staff was exceptional, I will never forget their help and assistance when I was in need.

The location was perfect, Bathroom was good. I loved the little balcony.

To be able to make coffe in the room. The room was a bit small. It was not easy to get the suitcase into the room, because of the staircase. But this was not a major problem to me.

We only stayed one night and regretted we didn't book this hotel earlier to stay longer. Everything was great ; stuff helpful, location amazing ,bed comfortable and it was super refreshing to have an AC in the room. Little con is that staircase very narrow and there is no elevator that was NOT a problem for us but could be a challenge for elderly / travelers with lots of luggage. Buildings like this one are charming the way they are.

Friendly and welcoming, nothing was a problem, we loved this place. Staff where amazing. Honeslty was just what we needed, location was amazing, value for money was perfect. I do not have enough words to say really. WE WILL BE BACK.

The location was in the middle of Nice old town but off a side street so not too noisy. Being an old convent it was very quaint with narrow corridors but yet at the same time had everything you needed. The owners went out of their way to make sure that they helped you in any way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them & they were extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
