The hotel has an excellent location. Several restaurants and bars around as well as within a radius of 400 metres. Nice Riquier Train Station is 800 metres away and Nice Ville is 1.2km away. It's a quiet walk with several stops to enjoy the shops. From these train stations there is access to Cannes, Monte Carlo, and other locations in a maximum of 40 minutes on a comfortable train. From Nice airport to the hotel is very simple. Take the Lignes d'Azur L2 Tram towards Port Lympia. Get off at Garibaldi/Lê Château Station. The hotel is 350 metres from the Garibaldi / Le Château Tram station. You must buy the ticket at the machine and register on the train. In case of an exhausting day, I suggest buying a pizza take away at Pizza Gillou. A small oven that is about 100 metres from the hotel. Room cleaning service is done in the morning and very well cleaned and organised by the friendly staff. By Jose Serpa

Points to improve would be to have a minibar in the room. It helps a lot the guest in a city where you spend the whole day visiting and arriving at the room and there is no cold or at least fresh water is not good at all. Breakfast is simple and good. It is served next door in a partner bar/restaurant that has excellent beers but most of the attendants are in an incredible bad mood. It's worth trying the beer like Ale and nothing else! The hotel staff are polite in the treatment and that's it. But it's the least a guest expects to find. By Jose Serpa

hotel staff were helpful. the rooms we had were modern and clean, everything worked. there was a coffee machine in the room. it was generally quiet but it is in a city location so beware some street noise. it’s about 15 mins walk away from the beach (standard stony beach for the area, great water) the hotel partners with the restaurant/pub next door which was really good (we had tar tar, Brie with truffle, etc) and it has a wide range of beers (local, French, German) with a system available so you can try 25cl / 50cl of each so you can find ones you really like

In comparison to 3 other hotels we stayed in which served breakfast, this breakfast is bad. the croissants are Lidl standard, and few other decent options. I noted that most patrons did not stay for breakfast long. contrast this to hotels in Paris, Turin, Alassio, where breakfast is an *event*. anyway not to worry- there are mini markets close by, or cafés wherever parking- the hotel says it has parking but only 15 spaces, so basically you have no hope. local parking is available (€23/24hours) - staff were helpful in recommending it. however even if it’s 5 mins walk, it’s a bit of a pain. we survived :)

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything required for a short stay. There was a fantastic breakfast in the mornings. The restaurant also had a good offering of food and drink during the day. The location was perfect, right in the hustle and bustle of restaurants and bars. It was a 5 minute walk from either Garibaldi or the Port tram stops. It was also only a few minutes walk to take you into the old town of Nice for when you're exploring 🙂. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family who were thinking of visiting Nice.

The room was quite small, but had everything required for a short stay. I think we may have struggled if staying for a longer period of time - it's perfect for a city break. Due to the location, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you're a light sleeper perhaps bring some earplugs.

Spacious room and bathroom, clean, the air in the room was good, windows can be opened too, nice view. Convenient location near Port Lympia, restaurant, public transport and a supermarket. Walking distance to old Nice, market and to us the best part of the beach. Wheelchair accesible. Overall very nice, comfortable and convenient stay with sister and elderly mother.

Water pressure when using the rain shower was not enough, but the standard shower head had very good water pressure so we did not miss the rainshower. Bathroom is very clean and cleaned everyday.

The hotel is in a great location - there’s so many bars and restaurants right outside and the port is only a few minutes walk away. We also got the train to Cannes and Monaco and the station was just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was small but tasty and had everything we needed. Staff were also very accommodating with leaving our luggage in the store room.

The rooms were on the smaller side - if you’re travelling with a suitcase or a lot of luggage then I’d maybe look to see if there are larger room options. We travelled with small backpacks only and just about managed.

There is someone at the reception 24/7, the bar where the breakfast is served(fresh croissant and pain au chocolat), becomes an artisanal pub in the noon. The room was clean and everything seemed renovated. There was daily cleaning and they changed the towels when we requested. I very much appreciated the silent air conditioning!!!Amazing!I would definetely reccomend it to friends.

A little note/suggestion for breakfast you can change the omlette with friend eggs/boiled eggs and other meat than bacon for different days. Appart from this everything was really comfortable for us! thank you for a nice experience!

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Steps away from great restaurants, cafes, and bars. It was also a fairly easy walk to the beach, old Nice, and transit. The room was quiet despite being on a relatively busy street with comfy beds. The free breakfast was an added bonus as well. We visited at the end of May and the aircon cooled the room very well.

The standard twin room was absolutely tiny. Luckily we were able to open our suitcases and then slide them under the bed to keep things neat. Definitely a tight squeeze but do-able. The parking garage had to be one of the tightest garages I had ever been in. I barely was able to get my Audi A4 Avant in so keep that in mind.

Everything was great, good room, with great beds, everything you need for a hotel room stay. Breakfast included was the best option that one can have, they had diverse options for food, everything was very delicious. Hotel staff was very nice and open to help. Location of hotel couldn’t be better, since it is located near Port Lympia, near Old Nice, not far away is the Promenade des Anglais and Place Massena. You can also find bus and train stations near the hotel.

Only thing we didn’t like about our stay is that room has two separated bathrooms, one with shower and one with toilet seat. It would have been better if it was one bathroom with all of it.

The hotel is quite close to the main attractions and the beach, also easily accessible by public transportation. There is always someone at the reception and they provide daily cleaning. The room doesn't have a kettle but has a coffee machine instead with a few coffee capsules included.

I was quite satisfied about the hotel in general. The only disadvantage that I missed some fresh vegetables like tomato or cucumber cuts during breakfast, but it's not a big deal.
