Central, nice breakfast. Friendly at reception and gave us a kettle and extra pillow when requested. Comfortable beds.

Located near train station. Room and bathroom very clean. Good continental breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Tiny room and bathroom. Absolutely no storage in cupboard for clothes due to safe being on lower shelf, had to live out of suitcase. Bed linen clean but had holes in it. Room needs TLC such as a fresh coat of paint etc. Not the worst place but could be so much nicer with a bit of care and attention.

Great location, especially if you want to visit other towns. AC worked amazingly. Staff was always available and housekeepers were lovely. Fridge in room was also awesome. Had everything one could need.

Nothing much except that the rooms are on the smaller size and the towels smell like vinegar.

The hotel is close to everything: 5 minutes away from the station of Nice-Ville and 10 from the Jean Médecin metro station. Also very close to Avenue Jean Médecin which leads to the Promenade des Anglais. The staff was really nice and the room very clean. The bathroom was also well-equipped. Overall it was a very nice stay and really good value for the service that was offered.

Water was leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom, but the receptionist handled it very quickly and let us move to another room without issues. I found the shampoo and the body soap that was given to us a bit too little.

Location was great - literally a 2mins walk away from a tram, 5mins from a train station, beds were comfortable to lie in, the aircon worked beautifully, appreciated having a mini fridge in the room, the curtains were great for blocking out the light - especially for us we had a lot of early starts so we needed to go to sleep quite early. Wardrobe space was ok, I appreciate that there was a safe that was easy to use, cleaners came every day to freshen up the room which was lovely. Also if like us and a lot of your summer clothes crease quite easily you can get an iron from reception which was handy. The hotel also offered luggage holding which was extremely helpful on our last day as check out was 11am but our flight was not till 10pm that night.

I would personally have preferred a standing shower option, the room itself was quite tight on space but that personally didn't bother me too much just something to note. Breakfast for me was adequate enough, but I know my mother, who I was travelling with would have preferred it if there was perhaps some cold meats on offer as well, so that it is slightly more continental style.

Located near the main train station. Very clean and cosy room. Friendly personnel. An excellent value for money.

After dark you should be alert when returning to the hotel due to homeless.

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Most specially both of the staff in the reception (sorry ai forget to ask their names). We arrived in the property early and we are given the room unexpectedly surprised with cleanliness, smells fresh ( thumbs up to the housekeeper) . We are pleased and can’t ask for more consideration especially from our long bus journey. The Nice-Ville Train station is just around the corner very convenient to travel going to Monaco, Cannes,Ezze and Menton. Accessible to the city center by foot, beach and high end shop. Plenty of restaurants to choose. We highly recommend this Hotel.

The room was clean and was cleaned up quite regularly. Aircon, fridge and TV were the main amenities. Location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to come by train (~2-3 min walk from Nice Ville station), go shopping or exploring old town & English promenade (~ 15-20 min walk).

The place perhaps requires some renovation and perhaps more storage space for belongings (and a bit larger rooms) would be more convenient. Indeed, overpriced as everything in the area, during the season (mid-end of July).

We went out for Breakfast for the simple reason that we wanted to experience the culture . Our stay at your hotel was wonderful . The rooms were lovely and clean … were cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were warm when they need to be . Was nice to be able to open a window ..

The woodwork needed painting . Would have liked a kettle and some cups . The floor was a bit hard .. could do with some underlay under the carpet to make it more comfortable under foot .

Hotel and my room were very clean. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful and so was the front desk staff. Great location for walking around Nice and taking train excursions, I visited Ventimiglia in Italy (bring your passport!!). Many small restaurants on the same street with hotel and adjacent streets. Three blocks down from hotel is a major shopping 🛍️ street, Avenue Jean Medecin with department store Galleries Lafayette, H&M clothing store, and many boutiques, restaurants and sidewalk cafes for people-watching. A little over 1km, less than a mile to walk to the beach boulevard Promenade des Anglais. Cheaper restaurants are on the side streets. The food is good almost anyway you eat, including the Vietnamese restaurants on Rue Alsace Lorraine where Hotel due Midi is located. If I return to France and specifically to Nice, I will very likely stay here again.

Please plug in the TV and the electric card in advance so guests don't have to try to figure it out! Tell American guests to pull the toilet knob as high as it goes to flush the toilet, we are used to only pushing buttons and levers, not pulling, LOL. 😂 Taxi ordered by hotel tried to charge me €50 for airport although hotel told me €40 so be careful and verify trip price with driver in advance.
