Great location close to the train station, shops & restaurants, and a 15 min walk to the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable

Just wish there was a hanging line or some way to hang dry our bikinis in the room on the window, i feel that would be helpful especially in summer

Great for solo travelers, this hostel is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Nice-Ville train station. They offer a good variety of breakfast options for 8-10 Euros, including croissants, coffee, milk, cereal, fruits, eggs, chicken/ham slices, honey, dried fruits, and pancakes. The beach is a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute tram ride away. The staff is friendly, and the hostel is clean. It also features a foosball table, a table tennis table, and a 90s-era Tekken game.

The rooms are small with limited space, but they are clean. Ideal for solo travelers who plan to explore during the day and just need a bed at night. Remember to bring your own padlocks.

I booked Hotel OZZ for my Mom's winter trip and can recommend it to sophisticated senior travelers as absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, a stone's throw from the old town, Opera, Piazza Garibaldi, next to the train station. You can take the direct tram from/to the airport (L2, 12 stops, 27 minutes, JEAN MÉDECIN stop) and then get any travel advice at the front desk. The place is very clean and bright (and has an elegant Christmas tree) - true for the common and private areas. The receptionists are very professional and good-natured. We really hope that the municipality will pay these fine people a well-deserved bonus for the New Year. Hotel OZZ makes sophisticated travel reasonable. Special thanks to Léa, Julius, Victoria, Sebastian, Amin, Sarah! Sincerely happy to recommend this wonderful hidden treasure to family and friends and of course to return!

Absolutely nothing!

The location was really nice. It is located in a good area. Everything is reachable by foot. The staff was nice and really friendly. You get free filtered water and at check-in I even got a free soft drink. I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm and most of my stay we were only 3 people in the room. The bathroom is located inside the room and it was very clean. There were big lockers to store all your stuff.

It was a struggle to go up and down the bunks. The bunks weren‘t really clean. There were dead mosquitos all over the wall and in my bed there was stuff of the person staying there before me.

The staff is very friendly and helpful specially Mohamed and Sara , the room vas nice , the location is amazing few minutes from la place Massena and 15 minutes walk from promenade des anglais , very close to the Nice Ville station around 3 blocks , the hostel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants (halal food) , i liked the breakfast , it was delicious .

When i asked to make up my room, they just changed the towel and empty the trach , they didn't even change the bed sheets , the elevator was out of order on my second day and when i left , my suitcase was so heavy i had to carry it for 2 floors , which was not nice .

The location was unbelievable, as it was less than a 5 minute walk to the station. The interior was very modernly designed and colourful which made me feel more at ease on my first trip. The rooms were decently sized and lockers very safe and secure to keep all my belongings in. The bar was slightly expensive but a nice safe place to meet new people as a solo traveller.

The beds were a bit noisy and shaky. Staying in a bottom bunk was terrifying as whenever someone moved it felt like the bed was going to capsize. Also after 5 nights of not changing my bed sheets in 25 degree heat, my sheets got sticky and uncomfortable.

Enjoyed my stay here. Well maintained hostel, neat and clean. Beds in shared rooms came with curtains which was nice to have some privacy and get some sleep. Also had lockers in room to your store luggage if needed. Staff is very welcoming, nice and friendly. Close the train station which was within walking distance, so was convenient to explore around. Breakfast was free, simple but fresh and good. Free water always to refill if needed. Hostel location had many restaurants and super markets nearby. They also help with storage post checkout if needed for free which was nice.

Rooms are decent size and not very spacious. Might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage.

The property was clean, very convenient and breakfast was very good. Most staff were helpful while some were a bit snappy but that’s normal.

Check in was at 3 pm which is incredibly late and while there was a free bag storage place, there was nowhere to store small items such as passports and cash with a secured lock. The place itself however is very safe and the baggage room is locked by staff so I guess it depends on whether you are comfortable leaving your valuables inside your big bag with 20 other bags where everyone goes and gets their stuff frequently or not.

The staff are very helpful, great price to value, good location, overall, pleasant stay.

Well, I checked in early & didn't buy the lock for the locker as I only left my clothes and went to town, upon getting back, they were gone! Luckily it was the staff picking up the stuff for someone who checked-out and forgot items and mixed up the lockers. Fortunately, I got my stuff back within minutes and the staff were very kind and helpful. I guess it's good to know that the staff actually cares to pick up if smth is left behind. Despite double-checking that the shower door is closed tight, water still leaks to the bathroom floor.

1. Excellent location, 2 mins from Nice Ville train station, and 10mins from the Airport tram. The main street and all other shops n eateries are a stones throw away 2. Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly 3. Free coffee/tea for all guests 4. Dorm rooms were decent size (for 6pax) and had good sized lockers, personal lights n sockets. Beds were comfortable. 5. Excellent wifi and great coverage in all areas.

1. No kitchen but u can use the microwave to heat/reheat. Also the coffee machine provides hot water (for noodles) and hot milk (for cereals/porridge) 2. The bunk beds in dorm rooms were 3 tiers. Pretty incovenient if you are right on top. Also a bit cranky/noisy which could disturb others in the night/early mornings
