Nice clean modern rooms, good location.

Rooms were small, walls were thin so lock of the draw how much noise you got.

Location was fantastic. It was very near everything in the center of the shopping and dining district so walking distance. Also small restaurants and cafes around the hotel provided variety in eating options. Staff was helpful and check in was fast and hassle free.

Rooms are small but I dont think its at fault. Some western guests may find it too small for their preference but I think that is really what you have to expect in NICE. Elevator is also small and slow so more than half the time we ran up and down the stairs, again minor inconvenience for us but for older people they might think it is an issue.

The location was VERY close to the train station by foot, I think about less than 10 minutes. which was very practical because we were based in Nice and did a lot of day trips by train. About 15 minutes walk to the city centre. so I'd say the location was very good. lots of food options and stores around.

Poor isolation between rooms. You could hear your neighbors speak. someone from the cleaning staff was talking in the adjacent room very loudly every morning and that woke us up every day. Also the neighborhood.

Spent the weekend with my 3 kids - all in one room. Hotel was clean. The design was very modern and correct. Rooms were clean. We ALL loved the comfy beds. In all - we were VERY happy! Note to other customers, as I have seen a few bad reviews. This is a typical French hotel that you will find around the main train stations in most cities. It is not Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Expect something appropriate, and you will be pleased. We would happily stay again..

Toilet in the room was VERY weak, meaning that it didn't flush properly. Minor issue, but worth mentioning

Just a stone’s throw away from Nice Ville train station. Plenty of eating and drinking options are around. Old town is also not too far away if you are willing to walk for about 20-25 minutes.

Room walls are too thin and one can easily overhear conversations in neighbouring room. The bathroom is too small and cramped. Because people step out into the little room balcony and smoke, the room has a lingering after smell of tobacco. Wonder why the breakfast has no meat options.

Excellent value for money considering the location. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Good variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Close to station and only a short walk to the sea, main shopping area, trams, etc.

Water temperature ofvshower was very difficult to control although there was always plenty of hot water available. We were a little nervous about the security of the toilet cistern as it was a little askew and didn’t appear to be secured to the wall but it remained in place for the duration of our stay!

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Every day the room is cleaned and the towels are changed. Our room was small but comfortable for three nights. It had everything we needed. It is very conveniently located near Nice Ville station where you can catch the SNFC trains. It is 2 minutes from the main central street of Nice. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops and bakeries around. Great stay.

The internet was a bit weak but it worked. It was a bit noisy from the other rooms but it was momentary.

Location was good, right in downtown next to a few Vietnamese restaurants. The interior of the room was clean, beds were comfortable. Customer service was good, our toilet was leaking but it was fixed.

Though, the environment felt a bit unsafe due to lots of marijuana. We ordered a non smoking room but smelled cigarette smoke. The hallways also smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a sour, toilet smell.

Good location, it's close to stations (tram/bus/train), and it's right in the city centre. People on reception are kind and flexible with arrangements. Clean. Shops and supermarkets are near. Kettle is available on reception without extra charges, don't be shy to ask. :)

Pillows are not comfy but it's okay for 1-2 nights. Wifi sometimes doesn't work properly it depends on the room. It's a bit pricey for what it is.

Great location, easy to access, comfortable bed and good shower. Friendly staff and good facilities. Was able to check in early, and had a great 11am checkout time.

A kind of sewerage smell that persisted in the room throughout. It couldve been easily mitigated with some automatic air fresheners, and im suprised that hadnt been done prior as it seems like a consistent issue in past reviews.
