We liked the location, maybe it's not center, but Ubers were for around 12-20 EURs, so with full car, it's almost the price of the metro. The front desk is great and very helpful in every area. The trust bar works really well and there are many things included in price. It has really nice vibe to it. The room had everything what's needed, like USB outlets, desks, good internet and nice shower.

The only thing which comes to mind is that the elevator is pretty slow. So I highly recommend to take the stairs for time and health reasons.

The staff was very helpful especially Dalel at the reception who guided us about getting around the city. The room although small had been renovated, the bathroom was modern and the toiletries were exceptionally good. There were several good restaurants nearby and the metro station (line 14) was close to the hotel.

There was a small lift, which was slow and the corridors were narrow making it difficult to pass by when someone else was there. There was no iron in the room and although there was one available on request, the ironing stand was broken.

Great location, friendly, super clean, and quiet. Very convenient for metro and buses. 25 mins walk (approx) either to Arc de Triomphe or Sacre Coeur. Really lovely area of Paris, some lovely local independent shops and restaurants, area feels safe, recommended for either business or family travel. Despite my (hopefully constructive) feedback below, would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

i had booked a room specifically with three single beds, when we arrived, the room was made up as a king size and a single. I had to be quite assertive in order to have this changed, this would have been difficult if I did not speak fluent French in order to negotiate. I was not impressed with the coffee making facilities in the room (nespresso machine) I would prefer a kettle. I was shocked to find that even tea/coffee in the room was chargeable! the beds were a little soft, and the was only one hook on which to hang wet towels. a towel rail should be provided.

The location is perfect lots of cafes, supermarkets, shops and restaurants, metro station nearby. There are two lovely clean parks across the road. Huge bed and room cleaned daily. Fridge to chill drinks and coffee machine. Lots of towels and two robes. Plenty of points to charge devices. Very good bathroom with bath and shower. The main thing we liked the best about this hotel is the people who work at the hotel are all really lovely people. They made us and particularly our daughter feel very welcome. Best Western have a real asset in the staff that work there, because of their hospitality we would stay here again.

We did have some noisy neighbours next to us for two of the six nights but that's just people nothing to do with the hotel. We just went out into the corridor to tell them to be quiet which to be fair they did.

The Hotel is small and lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet spacious when taking into consideration that is Paris and accommodations are usually very small. My room had a small balcony, the room was well cleaned and the design is beautiful. The Hotel is near to 3 metro lines, there is a specialty coffee place nearby (Dose), and many good boulangeries. 45 min by foot to Louvre, so its very easy to go to the center by walk. At the reception there are sparkling and still water that can be taken to the room, as well as some delicious candies. I've loved the place and highly recommend it.

The bed is too soft in my opinion.

The bed was sooooo comfortable. The mattress and pillows were so soft. The toiletries were quite good also. The room was clean and modern, spacious, good AC, mirroring, charging ports on each bedside. the pressure of the shower was good. Reception has free water and tea/coffee. I believe it was the hotels birthday so there was free cake. I also got upgraded for free to a better room. Overall a good stay, location was perfect close to Pont Cardinet (L14). Would stay here again.

The lift was a bit slow.

The staff were extremely kind, the rooms are comfortable and always clean, and coffee + water were free which was unexpected! I had a wonderful stay in Paris thanks to the hotel. The hotel is also well connected to public transport, and the area overall has nice bakeries, stores, etc. The hotel also offered to hold on to my luggage for free on my last day so that I could roam around Paris some more without the hassle of carrying my things around. Just all around a very good hotel that I can see myself return to!

Fantastic location, close to metro, plenty of restaurants, and cafes within 2 minute walk. Good breakfast buffett, very good internet connection, air conditioning works well. Clean rooms, with very comfortable bed.

Besides Tessa, and Amir which were both very kind, helpful and accomodating, we found the remaining front desk staff not very helpful. The houskeeping needs to be more diligent in emptying the garbage and topping up ALL toiletries.

The hotel is strategically located near bus stops, train station and M14 metro station. The 24hr check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The room was of a larger size for Paris which is a great plus point. It was clean, equipped with amenities, environmental friendly products, and a really comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and bilingual. There are several eateries near the hotel and neighbouring streets.

Lovely location, and the view from the room was very nice. Spacious room and there were were wardrobes on either side of the bed. Hotel staff were kind and friendly. Would return to stay in the same neighbourhood. Was able to leave our belongings at the hotel after we checked out as our flight was in the evening.

Wasn't able to mirror my phone to the TV which was slightly inconvenient.
