The room decor and staff are all really nice. The majority of all facilities in the kitchen area and bathroom are all really good.

Please change your hairdryers. Those things on the wall are useless. Just a decent one in the draw in the bathroom would be marvellous , that's my only down point..and it's not that bad😉

There is nothing not to like about this apartment style hotel. I wish it was a little more central and closer to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysée area. But it wasn’t too far.

Kitchenette was well equipped with toaster, utensils, cutlery, coffee machine, combi microwave oven, glassware, fridge and a freezer. Bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Just like a conventional hotel, they also provide room cleaning service during your stay, which was good.

There was no hot water in the morning on 31st December and 1st January. Could have been better. The shower area was completely open, with no curtains or other barriers set up around the shower area. This would always lead to a lot of water stagnating and puddling up in the bathroom after a shower. It would have been nice if they at least provided some sort of water/floor wiper. It would have been nice if the sink area had an extra light for activities that require a bit more light, for example make-up/shaving, etc.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Cles 27. My wife sometimes has to attend meetings close to the property. and we found this gem. It is self catering which we like. The kitchenette has all one can want, good microwave/griller, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a small dishwasher and an iron and small table top ironing board. Rue de Levis is 5 minute's walk with many food shops and a large Monoprix which stocks a wide variety of frozen and chilled prepared food, suitable for microwaving. The 27 is a bit off the main tourist area but only about 15-20 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe.

There are no instruction books for the microwave, coffee machine or dishwasher. A bit of googling soves the problem.

The apartments are situated quite close to the Arc de Triomphe and other attractions. I appreciated the modern appearance of the apartments and the range of amenities provided, including bottled water in the fridge, coffee, tea, dishes, coffee maker, teapot, and microwave. Additionally, I enjoyed the view of the courtyard.

We noticed a strange smell once we entered the apartment, but it was no longer a problem after opening the window. The pillow was not comfortable for me.

Really nice spot. You access the hotel via a interior court yard that exudes Parisian charm. Lovelly staff at the reception. Tons and tons of options to eat around the hotel. Many services near too (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...). Clean and comfortable. Recommend it highly.

It's not something that bothered me that much: the walls are on the thin side and you tend to hear people walking on the corridor. But again, I don't even considered it a negative aspect.

We stayed in the family apartment. It’s small as expected for centre of Paris, but comfortable. The kids bedroom is a section of the kitchen room walled off with glass, but actually worked well. Main bedroom was bigger than we expected and gave space to get away from each other a bit. Location excellent - several boulangeries, fromageries, fruit shops etc and nice restaurants all only a couple of mins walk.

The residence is clean and easily accessible at every hour of the day. It is quiet at all time during the day, it is not far from "the metró" and also very close to few "velib stations" which are very practical to move around the city. It is not really close to the main attraction in Paris but it is logistically convinient because it is practical to get from there to every area in Paris

Les Cles du 27 is a professionally run, clean and comfortable property in a well located part of Paris - if you like being in a residential neighbourhood away from the crowds, with great proximity to charming Parc Monceau. This is a property for the traveller who doesn't mind going some distance to see the Paris sights. Christian on the front desk was fantastic - always helpful and it was great to have such a friendly person to greet us after a hard day's sightseeing. He is definitely a big asset for this property and keeps it running like clockwork. Our room was spacious and clean with all the things we needed to have simple pre-prepared meals in our apartment, which were available from the many traiteurs in the area.

Unfortunately we could hear people moving about in other apartments. This ceased fairly early in the night so no problem sleeping. This is common in Paris and something to bear in mind when booking.

The apartment was very spacious and cleaned. We were in the four beds apartment. The bathroom had the toilet separate which made things more efficient. Additionally, the bathroom had two sinks, which was perfect! The kitchen had all supplies needed and there were also coffee capsules available.

The toilet part had no windows unfortunately
