The monsieur on reception when we arrived early to leave our bags before check in time was very helpful, polite, helpful. Very friendly welcome. Explained everything clearly. Returning late at night to the hotel was no problem, there was a buzzer to ring and we were let in immediately. We had a standard room but the bed was very big, felt like a super king which is perfect as me and my partner are both very tall! Bathroom lovely and clean, no issues at all with cleanliness. Location is great, about 8 min to Metro Station, the best route we found was via the steps and past some nice bars to Pont Cardinet. Good line to be connected to rest of Paris. Perfect spot for us as we were going to the Stade de France but great for general exploring etc. P.S. the Indian restaurant & takeaway opposite the hotel was great for a late night bite!

The only thing I could suggest to improve is a coffee machine like a nespresso in the rooms as I do like a coffee in bed in the morning. Otherwise nothing, it was great!

Very friendly front of house staff and also staff at Breakfast, who all interacted brilliantly with my little 4 year old boy. Clean rooms, nice convenient breakfast, good location and good value for money for.what I paid. I went during the Olympics and found it was closed enough to get to most venues and attractions easily enough without being so close to be in the hustle and bussle. Seemed a decentish neighbourhood too. If I go Paris again I'd be happy to stay there again.

Loved the location! Paris is massive, so wherever you stay you'll have to be prepared to travel in order to see the city. There's loads of cafes, restaurants, and bars around so if you're looking for a more local (less touristy) experience - this is your place! There's even a bar just down the road which has happy hour drinks from 6pm-10pm. Hotel is clean and beds comfortable. I needed a sewing kit and the reception was able to provide one for me. We were able to keep our bags at the hotel the day of our checkout so we could explore the city before out late night flight.

The room we stayed in was on the first floor, right next to the elevator and it was quite loud - could hear elevator doors slamming anytime someone used the elevator. I think any other room in the hotel would've been quieter though.

Hotel is really well placed - close to metro, shops, a shopping centre and restaurants/bars. Regular metros to Paris for example - to Champs Elysees just 25 mins. The street itself is lovely and quiet - felt safe walking to and from the hotel late at night. We had excellent meals out nearby. The decor of the hotel is so nicely done and felt modern, stylish and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the air con was a bonus! We especially enjoyed the cute courtyard and the friendliness of staff.

Room was great, bed super comfortable and independent AC for each room. Lift was available to all floors and breakfast was continental serve yourself style. Pastries, tea, coffee available 24/7 in the reception. Staff really welcoming and provided us with a city map and highlighted all of the tourist spots. Parking was available but you need to inquire

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, they were available downstairs though.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, situated in a lovely area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos, and the pillows are small with no extras provided unless requested. Additionally, while our room had a coffee machine, there were no replacement pods, so we had to ask the reception.

Staff were really helpful and friendly and available at all times. Breakfast was fantastic and managed to cater for non-dairy which is rare in France. Beds were really comfy and the room was quiet and clean. Good area, lively and vibrant with some great restaurants and lots of travel options.

The rooms were tiny for the cost. Hotel is a bit too far out of the centre for our liking - we had to get the metro or a bus everywhere (we did walk to the Arc de Triomphe but it was a good 1.5 miles).

Newly renovated, modern, good design, clean, room size was good (glasgow green), not far from metro station, good and helpful staff, good breakfast, good air conditioning, silent street

Through the window we could hear clearly people talking on the street (1st floor). There was a bathtub and a glass door for showering; the glass door leaked water on the bathroom floor which became always wet after shower.

Very nice hotel with super kind staff, delicious breakfast, calm atmosphere, towels changed and cleaned every day. Loved having water on the first day. A wonderful, safe area, surrounded by delicious cafes - good Indians right across the street and a local cafe with excellent cuisine around the corner.

the noise of the renovation work was right outside our window during the day. and street noises can be heard well at night.

The staff were excellent and it's a great location

The whole room was painted all dark blue (ceiling included) with very dim lighting and the corridor the same, with the very dim lights making it very difficult to see. It feels very claustrophobic those with bad eyesight would struggle.
