I liked the design personally. I liked the warm floors in the bathroom. I liked the tiny kitchen and also the windows that can open during night time for fresh air. I also liked the layout.

There were a couple sockets for charging our phones and other electronic devices that were not functional. This was upsetting given the price point of the accomodation.

Great design and vibe, spacious bathroom, great kitchenette - the room had everything that we needed. awesome bakery is right next to the building, there are also many great cafes and restaurants nearby.

sometimes it took them a while to respond to my messages, and they didn’t send me the check in info so I had to ask for that, so maybe communication could be a bit better, but it wasn’t dealbreaker, we had a great stay!

Everything! Very nice and new apartment, excellent shower and bedroom. Location is good and close to the metro, I felt very safe as woman. Both the online team and the flat manager (Ela) were available and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Pretty much everything. The location is great, a few min walk to the nearest metro station and 10-12 min walk from Gare de l'Est. It is located on a quiet street with supermarkets and restaurants nearby on the main street. We are the walking type and 30-45 min walk would get us to most of the attractions like Notre Dame... The apartment itself is spacious and larger than shown in the photos. It is well equipped despite the kitchen area being pretty compact. The setup is simple yet stylish. They have washing (and drying) machines in the common area for free. Everything was done systemically, from pre check-in, during the stay and departure. Communication was done via instant messaging and no problem reaching out when needed. They also would check with us regularly to ensure things were alright.

Nothing much really... If we really need to pick on it, we probably didn't like the small kitchen and dining table. The lighting in the bedroom area was also too dim for our personal taste. 🙂

It’s very clean exactly as pictured . There are few lights so mostly lit by low light lamps. It’s pretty dark inside and very small. It has a fully equipped kitchen w sparkly utensils but it’s practically impossible to use any of it as the space is so tiny There is a laundromat next door super convenient

The property is between 2 train stations. The st denis train station is sketchy. It’s the only station we saw such heavy police presence night after night. Especially after dark ( we were there in winter so dark by 5.30pm) Use the Jacques bon sergent station instead The Property

I had a wonderful 2-week stay here! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very modern. It was so nice to have AC, laundry in the building, functional wifi, and an elevator - things you don’t usually find in the heart of Paris. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice with excellent water pressure. Edgar and his team were very kind, checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and provided many thoughtful touches and welcome gifts upon my arrival. The building was very safe and there are lots of cute restaurants, bakeries, and shops in the neighborhood. But even though the area is very lively, including in the evening, the block of the apartment was super quiet at night, which is big for me in terms of getting good sleep. The place is also a few minutes from multiple different metro lines so you can easily get around Paris. It was a perfect stay! I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and would happily stay here again.

I only wish there had been drawers for clothes. Otherwise it was perfect!

There wasn’t any reception. We had some trouble contacting a staff after 6 pm.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment and can totally recommend it. It was very new, clean, cozy, spacious and incredibly well equipped. Everything in the apartment was of high quality. For instance the bed felt very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor and interior design of the apartment is very pretty and calming so that we felt very much at home. The location is great with a lot of nice bars, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets around as well as super close to the metro station. Lastly the Edgar team staff was always available, very friendly, welcoming and supportive. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you Edgar team!

Perfect location - in a wonderful little neighborhood with cafes and restaurants, grocery, wine shop, and the best boulangerie right around the corner! Felt very safe, even late at night, and a great array of restaurants within walking distance in the 10th and 2nd arrondissments. Located near Metro stations - very easy to take the RER from CDG to Gare Nord, then Metro and a short walk. Apartment is just as pictured, very clean, accessed via door security codes so come and go as you please. Bonus: washer/dryer, while not in the apartment, was available in the building for our use, which allowed us to live comfortably out of our carry-ons.

The only thing that I can think of - Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment

A lovely, generously sized space. On entry a small desk and seating are served well for a workspace or for general storage of coats and shoes (and shopping bags!). We visited all the local bars and restaurants that were 5mins walk from the apartment. All were excellent but we loved the Moroccan restaurant- Zelda. Highly recommend. The laundry facilities were modern and such a bonus for our 2 week stay. Having a lift was also very convenient and we were impressed with the ample Wardrobe space. Would definitely stay again!

Many have commented on the low lighting which is true but there are task lights over the desk space and kitchen and overall we found the ambient lighting lovely.
