First time in Paris and my choice of hotel did not disappoint. The hotel group offers a personal transfer for 30EUR each way, which we did on both occasions so we didn't have to battle public transport. That said, the Metro is pretty easy to navigate and the platforms and ticket vending machines are in English too. We paid just over 20EUR for 2 of us on an all day pass for Zones 1 and 2. The in-house breakfast was good, for 13EUR. Coffee, juice, pastries, cereal, fruit, cold meats and cheese. The room was small but really comfortable. Split cycle air conditioning. I really fell in love with that bed head and those lights and quite liked the quirky wallpaper. The bed itself was a little hard for my liking but the bedding made up for it. Lovely and soft and soothing. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with ample hot water under a rain head shower. Individual toiletries added a nice touch as was having house keeping coming in during the day to freshen up the room. The windows in both the bathroom and the bedroom open to allow fresh air inside which is a nice feature. There were dozens of Brasseries (restaurants) located nearby from pub style to fine dining, all located within easy reach of the hotel. The Eiffel Tower is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing. It was the perfect solution to our first visit to Paris. Location was excellent as we were surrounded by local shops and some of the best French restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

Cute boutique hotel, close to the metro station and within walkable distance to major attractions (Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides). Great staff, clean rooms, and no smell of cigarette smoke. Only a 30-minute car ride from Orly, very easy to get to and from the airport.

The AC was making a vibration noise. We tried to drown it out with white noise the first night but it did not help. The staff was gracious enough to switch us to another room. Unfortunately, the same thing happened. The night staff had to come and turn off the power source permanently to make the noise stop. Good thing the room was fairly cool so it did not bother us.

Very good location. 15 minute walking distance from Eiffel tower, close to the metro station La Motte-Picquet Grenelle. Several cafes 5 min walking distance. Quiet hotel, very nice and welcoming staff. We arrived early and we could leave our luggage in hotel and the same about leaving day - we could leave luggage until departure. We stayed in room 60 - on the top floor with terrace. Room was very wide for Paris with big bathroom. Eiffel tower can be seen from terrace :) So this was a good pick for Paris. Definately suggest to stay here. Cannot comment breakfast as we were eating out

Hotel 31 was a lovely surprise. With a good price ( for Paris standards), a good walk distance to the Eiffel Tower and next to a few local restaurants, the hotel is in a perfect location to allow you to walk around with safety during the night. We had a family 3 beds room and the size was great, with a lovely and spacious balcony ( again, do not expect gigantic rooms in Paris). The room was sparkling clean ( very complete set of toilet amenities). The staff was extra nice, they all made the effort to speak with my parents that don’t speak neither French nor English. The breakfast was nice and with a fair price! I would highly recommend this place!

I liked the closeness to metro stations and the area where it is located. Every place I wanted to visit was easily accessible. Some things are at a walkable distance or only a few stations away. I was able to visit Versailles on a Sunday within less than an hour by metro and train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and you can vary day by in what you choose, the options were enough for me. The tea is great, in the room but very much at breakfast too. There are many options in the neighborhood for shopping or eating out, it's very lively.

The towels I got weren't all very clean, some had stains and there was a glass at the breakfast table that wasn't cleaned well but those things can be attributed to machine issues maybe.

The location was very good. Two metro stops and lots of restaurants nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, hot water all the time, the room is clean. The hotel is located on a street with many boutiques and small shops. McDonalds is 100m away. Since the Eiffel Tower is very close, about 1 km, we went there several times at night and the entire area seemed very safe at night.

The walls are not soundproof and you can hear everything if someone moves or snores in the next room. Unfortunately, there is no good view from the window. The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos.

The location was perfect. Just 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. The balcony is charming and a great opportunity to have breakfast or just an unpretentious coffee. Also, the view was very cute.
