Location is fantastic, just a minute from Champs-Élysées and easy to find. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and beds are good. Parking a car is easy, because there is a garage opposite of the hotel where you can safely park your car for a good price when you are a guest of the hotel. Breakfast is good and you choose from a lot of things, such as fresh fruit and different kinds of bread, scrambled egg etc.

This not my first time at this hotel It's my second home, and services are good and amenities in the room is perfect now with the new NH hotels, I would like to thank all the staff especially madam Marais the hotel manager and Mr Mahmoud and all front desk team for their warm welcoming and excellent service as usual

Never have I stayed anywhere with staff as friendly, kind, caring and generous as the staff at NH Paris Champs-Elysées. They consistently checked in to ensure my brother and I were settled, and were always ready to assist us with anything at any time. Our luggage was mishandled at the airport, and the overwhelming support and assistance we received from everyone here, especially from Theo was honestly incredible. I felt so supported and welcomed and they made our Paris experience all the better! A bit about the hotel itself; it is extremely central to the iconic shopping and tourist attractions around Paris and around the corner from 2 metro station stops which connect to sites a bit beyond walking distance e.g Moulin Rouge. The room was super clean and tidy, and well serviced, with a little treat dropped off to the room late each afternoon. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all the support and hospitality during my stay and I cannot wait to stay here again next time I visit Paris!

The location was excellent, the staff friendly & very helpful. The room comfortably & the bathroom & shower very good. The room & bathroom was beautifully clean & cleaned for the second night.

We could hear the metro. No tea etc. provided for the second night which was annoying, apparently we would have to have asked at reception, but no instructions to do that.

Attention, food, room cleanliness

The Hotel Beauchamp was a little hotel, snuggled into the quiet streets of Paris. It was in waking distance to 12 Resturant’s, a Bakery and a Market. I was able to buy things and enjoy them in my room. The Breakfast was served in a charming cafe attached to the Hotel. It was delicious. They served hot chocolate croissants each morning and I was greeted by smiling faces. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Champ de Elyse, The Galleria and lots of shopping areas. A short cab ride takes you to the Arc De Triumphs. My room was very nice and a brand new bathroom. I had 5 English speaking channels to watch. The bed was new and so comfortable and changed daily. Don’t expect perfect English speaking staff but I found most of the staff was willing to use hand signals to communicate. I found the day staff much more fluent in English so I was able to have good conversations. If you are looking for a “quaint” older hotel, with lots of charm, then I recommend the Hotel Beauchamp's.

Upon entering the hotel, it appeared to be an Alley, it was just a very narrow street. It didn’t “ look like hotel, and the lobby was fairly empty so at first I wasn’t sure I was in a hotel but after I entered the “reading room” I began to notice all the upgrades to an older building. So, I learned that first impressions may not be what I expected but the service and staff removed any doubts I may have had upon entering.

Stuff was extremely helpful. George at the reception helped and assisted every time we asked for. Bartender from the night shift was very nice, warmed our evenings with good selection of tea and wine. Accommodation was good. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms extremely clean all the time of our stay. Location is just what you need when you come to Paris the first times.

The hotel was updated modern style, the ac was so cold which was great because we came here in summer , the room we got was very spacious and bathroom was very clean and last but not the least , I lost my diamond earring and staff was kind enough to look for it and found it and it was returned to be by mail when I was already out of the country !! Very nice staff !!

The service was excellent and all the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Each and every staff member we met was very nice to us and made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a perfect location close to everywhere and the cleanliness and hospitality were perfect. This was my first time staying here and it definitely will not be the last. I will also recommend the hotel to anyone I know visiting Paris.
