The hotel is in a great location in arrondissement 11 with many shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars essentially right out the front door. There are two metro stations within a 7 minute walk. The staff was helpful and our room was very functional (not really large, but enough). The breakfast in the morning is fairly good, convenient, and a good value.

The cleaning of the room on 2 of the 4 days did not occur while we were out of the room for several hours between 10 am -3 pm so that when we returned there were no new towels and the bed was not made up. The staff were helpful in getting this done after we asked, but this was not until after 4 or 5 pm.

Staff were polite and friendly, really lovely room and comfortable bed. Room was cleaned daily and always smelt nice. The sauna was a treat after walking around the city daily. We stayed for 5 days and we absolutely loved it, the metro is so close so we could get to all the places we needed and the area itself is lovely with all the shops you need.

Only one day where the cleaner didn’t clean our room but after I mentioned it to reception it was cleaned so it was fine.

The staff at Hotel L'Antoine were very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my 14 year old son so I really appreciated this and was made to feel safe and looked after. The hotel is very clean and the decor is fun, the aircon was lovely. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. We were able to leave our luggage there after check out, which we really appreciated. We had a great sleep and did not hear any noise from the street with the windows closed but it was nice to have them open in the morning to let in fresh air. We were made to feel at home. It is in a great location with lovely boutiques and restaurants right on the doorstep. We did not stay for breakfast as we felt it was a bit expensive but there are lots of nice cafes and Boulangerie's you can get breakfast from.

For a 4 star hotel I would have liked a smart TV with something like Netflix, some of the furnishings were also not very stylish and did not fit with the design of the hotel. The breakfast was a bit expensive so we ate in a local cafe.

+ Staff were accommodating and helpful to guests + Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean + Breakfasts are a simple, but decent affair. + Location is highly walk-able with close vicinity to train stations. Ledru Rollin is under 5 minutes walk, Bastille under 7 minutes. + Close to restaurants, recommend Chez Sophie just on the opposite side of the road

- Single bedroom rooms are expectedly small and could utilise space a bit better. One suggestion could be adding space under the bed for luggage storage.

The room was a good size, very well decorated, the bed was very comfortable, a good ensuite with a shower, the staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a hot and cold choice for breakfast.

There is air conditioning in the room but it wasnt very effective, we were on the 4th floor and found there was a lot of noise in the Street below from late night/early morning partygoers, i must stress, this is of no fault of the hotel.

Everything about Hotel Antoine was exceptional ! Location great for access to all other parts of Paris, and many sites, whether via taxi, Metro or walking. The decor and style is fun, beds comfortable and everything spotlessly clean, from crisp sheets to sparkling shower to hallways, lounge, et al. Breakfast is excellent, with more choices than one can enjoy - great way to start the day. BEST of all is the Wonderful STAFF - every single person, from Day time Front Desk to manager to cleaning crew to Night Desk - EXCELLENT. Smart, friendly and very helpful. Best hotel experience ever ! Personal and professional - BRAVA / BRAVO !

This hotel was in a perfect location. Close to two metro stations. All staff were so helpful, friendly and efficient. We arrived early and were greated with a complimentary hot drink and had ample secure luggage area where we could leave and explore. There was a lift or stairs up to the delightful rooms. These, although not the largest as we had booked into the cheaper rooms, had a safe, were cleaned, topped up with water in the fridge, and toiletries daily. Would highly recommend.

The room, the location, the design and the breakfast

Staff in reception. They were really unpolite, especially the girl. I asked for a print and the answer was this means for me to work and it’s not in my job description. She finally did it, but she was very disrespectful. So, from this point of view customer experience was quite low. I asked for some shower gel, because they gave us a small bottle id 15 ml for 4 persons for 4 days. They never replenish. Same receptionist lady registered this request for cleaning staff. But anyway, i suppose they could have seen there is nor shower gel in the bathroom.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and the metro. The building was secure; After dark you had to buzz for the front desk to allow entrance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable.

The button that opened the front door was difficult to find. While they technically have room service, it's really only for breakfast and snacks as there is no restaurant on site.

Fabulously welcoming and helpful staff, this is how a hotel should be run. The hotel is in a superb location in Paris. For those of you who like walking, the center is reachable with a wonderful walk along rue Rivoli, about 40 mts to the Louvre. Else it's a few mts by metro. The rooms were wonderfully clean and full of character, in our case (family suite) very spacious, with amazing views onto the street. Location, staff and facilities are all reasons why this hotel was so great.
