Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to plenty of restaurants. 15minute walk to the Seine to catch the Batobus to explore the city. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Lovely quadruple room, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The double bed was huge. Great walk in shower with a lovely scented shower gel. Very effective Aircon which is needed in August! Lovely little breakfast room with plenty of choice. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was fantastic!

Our room was located right next to the lift on the top floor so we were frequently disturbed at night by the noise of the lift going up and down and also loud people coming in and out of it late at night wasn't great. It's a very small hotel so has small narrow corridors and sound really travels.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was quite compact for 4 people, but still very comfortable as the interior is pretty well-planned. We had everything we needed. However, please note that hotel does not provide slippers (I guess its a characteristic of European hotels; we traveled in France, multiple cities in Italy and Switzerland and did not get to see slippers provided in the room). Location is great. The metro station is in 1 minute walk, very comfortable. Also, the Bastille square is in 2 minutes walk, Notre-dam-de-Paris is in 30 minutes walk, Louvre in 50 minutes, and Eiffel Tower in 1.5 hours walk. Amazing walks and views are guaranteed. The neighborhood is safe, even at night. There are many cafes around. We loved the breakfast. There were croissants, omelette, variety of cheese, ham, yogurts, jams, and a good coffee machine with fresh juice machine. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only think that I can note was the cleaness of the bathroom. I believe it could be cleaned better for the check-in of new guests.

Fantastic location close to the metro with quick connections to major sites and to the mainline train stations. A short walk from some excellent restaurants, bars and coffee establishments and, of course, the Marais district. Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The air conditioning felt life-saving given the heat wave during our visit. Unexpected bonuses: the Immersive Art Gallery across the road with a fantastic Mucha exhibition and the Coulée verte René-Dumont, an elevated park/walkway built on an old railway line.

Room rates were high, though this is true of Paris generally and exacerbated by the Rugby World Cup.

We stayed in a family suite and the master bed was the biggest bed I've ever slept in! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, room was stylish (loved the trendy lamps!), bathrooms were immaculately clean and we even had a lovely (partial) view out to the square. The staff were friendly - very patient while I practiced my newly-learned French - and the breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel is located near lots of great cafes, bars and stores and easy access to the train station too.

I didn't have the breakfast but my cousin was also with us and she thought the breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice. The rooms were big, by Paris standards, and spotlessly clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They even left sweets on each of our pillows, which the kids were delighted with!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It was in a great, central location with lots of places to eat in the immediate surrounds.

Booked this treasure last minute and so glad i picked it. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The location was perfect, beautiful and emeresive as soon as you step out. The room was lovely, spacious and a big bonus that we could cast onto the TV from our own devices! Plenty of comfort and good WiFi for chilling and working.

Unfortunately there were some works going on next to the building and they began work before 8am in the morning and it could be heard from the room with the windows closed. In addition, the AC kept reverting to cold temperatures but there was no manual on how to use it.

Fantastic location and lovely little hotel. We had a triple room for myself and 2 young adult children. It was really comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Good shower! We opted for the save the planet option and took the breakfast which was simple but really nice. Bastille a good base to explore Paris (hotel right by metro) and lots of lovely places to eat at night that weren’t too expensive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

Some communal bits of the hotel maybe needed a refresh, but it was clean and very comfortable so no impact on us at all.

I had a pleasure of staying at this hotel that is centrally located, very close to Notre Dame (about 20min walk) and 30min to Louvre. There is a direct metro line straight to the Gare du Nord. The hotel was amazing, breakfast selection is very good and the mattresses in the room are perfect if you like a firm good mattress for your back. Had a great night sleep as it was very quiet in the hotel.

Staff super, helpful. 100% available, always on reception. Hotel v safe. Bathroom excellent too. Huge shower. Air con. No long corridors! Location: direct metro from Eurostar Gate du Nird & 91 bus too, direct to/from GdN. A quick hop around Bastille to Le Marais (my favourite), on the Seine for river walks & Promenade des Plants starts opposite! OK, we've stayed here numerous times. Super value too. This trip to visit Fondation Louis Vuitton & metro all the way! (We walked to St Paul, one arret further to catch metro as a fun walk. Easy walk to Canal St Martin, a different vibe to Marais.

Nothing! Particularly loved the choice of "no room service/ no bed making / no clean sheets ot towels " for a two night stay. Environmentally sensible and not a hardship!

The hotel is located in a very centralized location. You exit the hotel, look to your left and see the Bastille monument. The Metro is a minute away - line no. 1 which is a central line. The area is spread with many restaurants, cafe, patisserie etc. The team is very friendly! very helpful, kind and it includes the team at the breakfast. The hotel has a nice bar with reasonable prices. We stored our loggage the day we checked out until we left to the airport. If I come back to Paris I want to reach this hotel again!

Overall all is more then good. I wish the breakfast (which is good) could have some vegetables. As I said, I want to return to this hotel :)
