Great location, wonderful very helpful and polite staff, lovely lovely room with a balcony, with generous L’Occitane toiletries. The breakfast buffet was my favorite, the cheese and croissants were divine! When we were about to leave, I wanted to bring some croissants with me and asked if I could buy some, and they gave me a big bag of maybe 15 croissants and only charged me 8 EUR. It was such a nice and generous gesture. My husband and I had the most wonderful time!

The location was PERFECT. Close to all the attractions and within walking distance. Plenty of food choices around the area including Asian food. There are a few bubble tea shops too! I was craving for this! The room was more spacious than I thought. They provide slippers and robes as well! This is standard in Asia but the first hotel that I come across that provide these since coming to Europe. People at reception were friendly and helpful.

Only minor but there were some ants on the bathroom basin. We got rid of them and didn’t see any after that.

Wonderful location we could walk to main attractions such as Musee d'Orsay and The Louvre and were just a few minutes away from the metro and the Jardin de Tuilieries. The hotel had both a refined and relaxed atmosphere. The reception staff were quietly attentive and the restaurant team made sure that everyone was well looked after.

We had a wonderful room with a terrace - there was evidence of water damage just outside the door and clea lack of maintenance to outside paintwork which was a pity but not a deal breaker.

The room, while it is listed as having a decent amount of square footage, did not have nearly enough storage room. The half closet was not enough for one person, let alone two international travelers. The bathroom was large with a very large spot of unusable space across from the toilet. I would have preferred to be without that and have an actual full sized closet. Room shape was a bit awkward- perhaps due to the large balcony. Nice overall, but storage spaces was very inadequate.

Peaceful, with really helpful staff. Situated In a fantastic location for Place de Concorde, place to Vendome, The Louvre . Hop on/off bus stop 5 mins away , (outside of their shop) Tuileries ,plenty of shops, cafe/bistros/restaurants , including one at the hotel. Not forgetting Chanel’s first shop in Rue du Cambon and Angelina’s . As a solo female traveller I felt completely safe on my first (but certainly not last) visit to Royal Saint Honoré and Paris .

Everything for me was perfect

Staff were very accommodating and friendly! Great suggestions for restaurants and arranging airport transportation! Super convenient location! Delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of variety! Will visit again!

We were on the third floor, and heard street noise several nights. If you are a light sleeper, like me, you might want a room on a higher floor

The location is superb (extremely convenient and safe environment), the service staff were all excellent, and the hotel building, rooms, facilities etc are all great - highly recommended!

It will be perfect if the hotel provides complementary drinking water in the rooms. There is however a mini mart/convenient store nearby the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Paris.

The only downside of this hotel was the noise from the streets. If the hotel could improve the sound insulation of the windows, it would be heavenly place to stay :-)

The room we had was overlooking the courtyard and not on the side of the street. So there was no noise and it was peaceful. The bed was large and the bathroom was good and also the shower gel and toiletries were good. I was very pleased with the room for what we paid.

I didn’t like the pillows and also the shower head was faulty. However the maintenance did fix the issue with the shower head.

Very helpful friendly staff on front desk, excellent location and value for money in an expensive city! Nice bathrooms and toiletries. Britta filter tap to refil water bottles. Comfy beds.

Rooms were a bit basic and one room was particularly small but it didn’t matter to us as it was interconnected with a bigger room, breakfast wasn’t replenished quickly enough and some guests were greedy taking plates of pastries so not leaving enough for others!
