The hotel is pristine clean, and has a wonderful staff. The desk clerks are super helpful and welcoming. They will help you navigate the city if you are a tourist. The beds are super duper comfortable. The location is convenient. I hope any travelers reading my review keep the hotel clean and nice because I would like to visit again someday.

I do not have any complaints. Perhaps they could offer a cheap breakfast option.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is quite new and modern designed. The room is also very clean. The transportation around the area is also convenient and it’s near Montmartre but a bit far from other tourist spots.

The fire alarm has ringed twice during our 5 nights’ stay and this is a bit annoying and scary. The breakfast is a bit expensive while without too many options. The bathroom is really not designed well, after every shower the bathroom will become very wet and there is not enough place for storage.

We absolutely loved the soft bedding, super comfy bed and very plump cushions. The windows in the room also opened which was great to let in fresh air. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of food to eat - beautifully laid out. We also loved the check-in time of 3pm and check-out at midday - meant we could really relax and not feel the pressure of checking out. A fantastic location meant we could reach the metro within minutes, and walk easily to a range of wine/cocktail bars and a number of restaurants; we loved Chez Yvette. The decor of the hotel is also beautiful and elegant. A wonderful stay. Thanks Maison Cassandre!

A small request: provide body lotion in the room.

Our first impressions were very good! The impressive looking hotel was easy to find and just a short walk from the busy local hub comprising of 2 Metro stations, and a large selection of places to eat. We received a warm welcome by Sebastian on reception and Laurent the manager (all had excellent English which was a big relief!). All staff members we encountered showed a positive attitude and were eager to accommodate and facilitate any requests. This recently opened hotel is finished to a high specification and is exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout. We booked a Superior room and were very pleased with the quality. On rainy days there were umbrellas supplied and on the last day our luggage was stored safely until later in the day.

The full cost of the accommodation shown on booking.com was misleading. It did not include the higher government taxes hiked up for the Olympic games. In future I will contact the hotel direct to confirm the full price before making the reservation. Apart from that we had a very pleasant experience at Maison Cassandre and would definitely consider staying there again should we return to Paris.

This hotel is simply the best one you can get for the price range. It is in an ideal position, between Pigalle and Mont martre, it is new, clean and cozy. The shower is big and very powerful, the bed is super comfy and the room temperature is easy to regulate. There’s even a radiator in the bathroom to warm the towels. We didn’t book the breakfast so I can’t write about this aspect, but I can add that all the members of staff were lovely and always up for a chat when coming and going from reception.

Maison Cassandre made our last night in Paris absolutely wonderful!!! I still can’t believe the room we got actually exists in Paris, always thought those are just Photoshopped IG posts or places only for those special someones… But nope, we felt so special in Maison Cassandre it made me shy. Actually from just making a reservation they’ve been super attentive, quick, personalised response and all. And once we arrived the staff super super nice, speaking excellent English! The hotel is incredible. Stunning, elegant design, spectacular combination of materials, detail oriented. Spotless clean, lovely atmosphere, smell, everything! High quality bedding, and many lighting options which we always appreciate, it’s not something common. Top notch coffee machine in the room. Muffins and card got me emotional. And the view, THE view, I cried! I literally cried! It was so beautiful, forever memories. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked amazing too. Next time will definitely try it. Yes, next time! We will be back for sure!!! 1 night is not enough… also the location, Montmartre, is truly magical. Highly recommend!

Not a big deal, just to say something - there’s not really a bar… don’t expect a bar.

Beautiful new hotel with an art deco vibe and very modern facilities. I will definitely come to stay here again! Visually beautiful, the hotel is very clean and feels like an oasis of calm. Really friendly and professional staff that are always incredibly helpful! If youre looking for a hotel to stay in Paris this place is as good as the photos (i’d say its even better in real life!)

In a city full of hotels, this one definitely stands out! An offer of orange-infused still water was most welcome after a lengthy walk. The hotel has a calming ambience! The hand-written welcome note on the pillow was a lovely touch, and the complimentary pod coffee was great! The room (162) is high up, quiet and well appointed. This place is a cut above many of the rest! Well done staff 👏

We were given a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The bed was SO comfortable and large, and so was the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was on quite a busy street but you couldn't hear any noise from our room, and it was well located to walk up to Montmartre, or walk down into Pigalle - both fantastic areas to explore.

Everything was great.

Maison Cassandre is a fabulous boutique hotel in a superb location. We travelled to Paris for a Kaz Hawkins gig at L'Européen a less than 5 minutes stroll from the hotel. We loved everything about Maison Cassandre but by far the best thing is the staff. Warm, welcoming, friendly, courteous, I could go on and on. One further major plus is the ease of access from CDG airport by train then Metro.
