Lovely new aparthotel near Sacre Coeur. Great design and very clean property .At this moment , not a very efficient ways of communication as can be confusing as staff not always visible . The building still is under construction ( details and area that needs to be completed ) but nothing to be disturbing as those details will be probably finished soon . Thank you and please take our comments in a constructive way as you have a lovely property .

Only a suggestion for management in training for staff : we needed some coffee pods , not being aware that can order over WhatsApp .In our way out , we saw a housekeeping trolley and , as couldn't see anyone around , we have picked up few pods from the trolley . Suddenly, a member of staff ,come out of nowhere very rapidly- probably watching CCTV cameras - and almost with a bit of serious attitude ''advised'' us that if we need anything we need to contact them on WhatsApp and not to help out ourself . I totally understand the idea but the way the lady said it was a bit over the limit . As staff can stay behind cameras also they can be more visible on floor .I can suggest to have more information inside the apartments so this situation shouldn't happened again .

My husband & I stayed three nights at the recently renovated bldg that has been transformed into the Yuma Montmartre. Room 204 is a clean, functional 1 bedroom; perfect for two people. Windows that can be opened in nice weather blocked out almost all outside noise. Hotel is on a quiet side street with restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, & public transport nearby. Despite a few, minor negatives noted below, we would stay here again the next time we're in Paris.

Face cloths would be a nice addition in the bathroom. Microwave & dishwasher instruction manuals would also be helpful. Emails from the hotel before our stay were a bit concerning (e.g., 24hrs to submit personal/passport details or reservation would be cancelled), but the final confirmation that included details of entry eliminated our concerns. Despite these few, minor negatives, we would stay here again the next time we're in Paris.

The hotel is only new and they have done a great job - super location and plenty around the area and good metro connections - stayed with my 2 daughters and used this as a base to travel around - super easy checkin and a great welcome - the man that checked us in is a credit to the hotel - the apartment had everything that we needed and was spotless. Able to leave luggage after checkout and collect it later before heading home. The best place I have stayed for a city break - if your thinking of booking I would recommend going ahead you will not be disappointed

Nothing really - everything was perfect

The location is 7 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. There are lots of restaurants around you are spoilt for choice. The hotel was beautiful, the storage facilities were excellent, large individual lockable lockers. The apartment was immaculate, it had everything you needed such as washing liquid, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, dish washing tablets, cleaning equipment, tea towel, coffees, teas and complimentary drinks in the fridge and madelines. The next to time I am in Paris I will be staying there without a doubt. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the first floor. You can even order a light breakfast via a QR code in the room and have it delivered the next morning at a time you choose. All of the staff were so helpful and welcoming I cannot fault anything.

Immaculate, modern apartment in great condition. The bathroom was great and the beds were really comfortable.

I was missing some ambient lighting to use in the evenings. The bright ceiling lights were not so comfortable. The issue would be solved with a standing light or a couple of table lights.

Staff are forthcoming, kind and help me well with check in process. Apartment was so clean, comfortable bedding with basic kitchenware provided. There is nearby bus stop around 1min walk downhill ,we always use bus no 80 to main attraction in the city Fortunately, we dont order any breakfast set but they mistakenly give to our room and when we ask they said can take it as a gift. Im so glad to hear that and the pastries and jem was soo delicious Also chocolate drink from the machine in lobby was so nice!

Road to apartment need to climb a bit

I had the most amazing experience in this apartment. I traveled to Paris for my mum’s birthday and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and decorated beautifully, it was pure luxury. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, in fact I would like to mention Maria who went above and beyond to help us. I will definitely be returning soon and I would not consider staying anywhere else. We traveled via Eurostar which is so convenient, so this will be our go to mini break destination. Thank you for making this experience so memorable for me and my mum.

It was spacious even for 4 adults, clean and close enough to the metro and bus. It was also good value for the money knowing how expensive Paris hotels can be. The efficient kitchen and dining table with good utensils and equipment was a big help. Manon at reception was super nice and gracious, helping us book Bolt car service and very helpful. We also liked the free coffee and chocolate at the lobby.

The property itself was clean and new but the surrounding streets were dirty, with cigarette butts and dog poop, altho not the hotel’s fault. Also altho it was helpful to have the toilet separate from the bathroom, the toilet didn’t have a sink due to its compact size.

The space and layout and the thought that had been put behind the whole experience We found it (unusually) traveller centric so we were pleasantly impressed.

Communication about the room services. We stayed for four nights and we had no idea about whether or not the room would be serviced during our stay, the coffee pods and tea bags would be replaced. I had read a similar comment by a previous guest that a message on WhatsApp would get us those but that was not the case. Apparently we were meant to use a QR Code next to the TV remote. Who knew ?

The staff on reception were always so welcoming and would greet you at the beginning and end of the day. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely fragrance. The apartment for me and my partner was plenty big enough and had all the facilities for us to be able to cater for ourselves. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Paris, it is so close to the metro and is in walkable distance to a lot of local beautiful architecture. It also has lots of lovely bakeries nearby. The cost for 4 nights was great for me and my partner and we would definitely like to stay here again in the future.
