Perfect location, super comfy beds, spotless room. Great air conditioning. Breakfast had a good choice. Also had an electric car charger and secure parking. Everything you could want from a one night stay.

Excellent location just a few minutes from Reims city centre. Just stayed one night but got bumped up to a slightly larger room upon check-in (at not extra cost). Everything was clean and fresh inside the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was super. Good breakfast.

Nothing really, but if I were to be picky, would have preferred still water bottles for the room (only sparkling water was available) and the car park could do with a few lights.

We liked this hotel because it had easy parking, a practical room with air conditioning (very important as we arrived at the height of a heatwave) and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good.

We had some problems finding it because on the Booking.com site the hotel address is listed as being in Reims. In fact the correct address is: 1 Rue Bernex - 51370 Saint Brice Courcelles. It would be good if Booking.com could correct this on their site, to avoid the problems we experienced due to our GPS not finding the address because it said 'Reims', not 'Saint Brice Courcelles'.

The property was easy to get to, clean and modern rooms, dog friendly, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, free parking and close to a nice park which was great for the dog.

The constant email spam that I go via booking.com app. Like every day leading up to my visit. Not necessary and annoying. Rooms are small so not a lot of space for luggage or to move around and there are no restaurants close to the location (unless you are fine with fast food), but overall it perfectly fine for one night if it’s a stop along the way in your travels vs staying to see Reims.

Breakfast was not a highlight - rather poor in comparison to other cheaper hotel groups that we had stayed at in the previous 10 days - and wasn't cheap. Limited fruit, nothing much more than a basic continental choice with a small amount of hot options

It's a drive into the city centre - no easy public transport or a good hours walk, possibly more along some dark main roads. Bit expensive for what is was, given the 'Best western' name. We stayed at better places for a lot less in our previous 12 days around France.

The location is good. Near the shops and restaurants. The bar is open for food and drink if you arrive late. The breakfast is very well stocked and they have a lot of variety to choose from , worth the €13. Free secure parking on site . Easy check in . Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful.

I found it quite difficult to access all the apps on the TV and use the options given for the room.

The member of staff who booked us in was fantastic. He couldn't have been any more helpful. He had arranged sweets for the kids beds and colouring pencils and book. The room itself was very clean and bright, plenty room for us as a family and had all we needed. We ordered some paninis which were kindly brought to our room. Free WiFi, tv in the room that you can cast to. Room had A/C, window roller shutter. We all slept really well. Would highly recommend this hotel, great service and we were made to feel very welcome. Arrived late at night, to find security gate locked, use itercom on the post to attract attendant, car entry point opens up, loved the small but comfortable room, bed was solid, 4 pillows available, good sleep quality, room had coffee tea amenities, shower room and Wc good, bedding good quality, would suit families couples business people looking for a close by stopover on route A26 to Reims, close to auto route easy to find, overall, very impressed.

Nothing not to like

The reception was very warm and welcoming Created a really good atmosphere . The room was a good size. The shower was a good temperature. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection . It was enough for us . The location was perfect for an overnight stop in order for us to have a decent break from driving so we were able to continue our journey refreshed to catch the shuttle. Thierry at the reception desk had a good local knowledge of where we were able to find somewhere to have dinner. The supermarket was right opposite this was brilliant . We were able to pick up a few things before we drove home . Also good if you're travelling to your destination for skiing .. Thank you Thierry you are an asset to Best Western .

Nothing All really good

The room was very modern, had obviously recently been redecorated and was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area so no noise at night and no lights coming into the room as there was shutters for the windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a great place to stop before heading to Calais to catch Le Shuttle.

The rooms were slightly smaller but still very manageable for a couple.
