We stayed in the Chateau Appartment which is situated behind the hotel. Very spacious accommodation with all the facilities you need for a short stay, i.e. fridge, oven, microwave contained in a large kitchen/ dining area. Separate WC and bath/shower areas kitted out with complimentary hairdrier and shampoo products. Very handy location for Ribeauville town centre which is only ca. 5 mins walking distance away.

If we were being picky, despite the fact the appartment has a nice outside terrace, the view overlooks the back of the hotel/car park and so not ideal. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Ideally suited for exploring Alsace and surrounds, especially to wander into Ribeauvillé, the local town! We had apartment “Cigogne”, situated separately from main hotel, felt very homely!

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Great breakfast options too. Parking is ample and quite private off the main road. The short walk to the town is a must, it is beautiful! will most certainly stay again

For us we would have liked a kettle and tea bags but it hasnt put us off staying again.

Lovely quiet modern room with a balcony, staff were all wonderful (especially the man who was retiring soon, he was helpful, funny and charming). Location is about a 10-15 minutes walk to Ribeauville but what you do get is great parking (I’ve stayed in the centre of Ribeauville and it’s a nightmare for parking). Bar was next to the reception desk so there was always someone at hand to help get you a cold drink after a hot walk back from the town. Breakfast is ok, delicious fresh pastries and a selection of fruit and cereals but overall a bit underwhelming.

Public areas are a little dated, but they’ve clearly spent the money on the rooms instead as they are nice and modern.

Excellent breakfast where staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help my wife with her dietary requirements. Location was fine just a few minutes simple and safe walk into the town centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice terrace area for a drink. Free car parking on site. Restaurant Auberge au Zahnnacker 5 minutes walk down the road towards the centre was superb. A great base for visiting the little wine villages nearby. Good value for money.

Like most European hotels, it does not have a handle in the shower to hold onto. Can be dangerous if slippery or you are old.

An innocuous exterior gives way to a very pleasant interior and situated among the vines. The staff are super bunch of people and very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for evening meals but we got excellent recommendations for eating in the evening. The village is a short walk away. The hotel was dog friendly and I note for future visits it has two EV chargers outside. Car park is spacious. My wife thought breakfast was excellent, I don't really have much, so it's just an expensive coffee for me. Close to the motorway if you are going further.

Good hotel. We picked it because it was able to offer us a room with disabled access and facilities. Breakfast was very good. Access from car park to the room with the wheelchair was easy and it was also easy to exit onto the main town.

Sadly the mobility shower seat did not work and the security door was difficult to manoeuvre with a wheelchair, a hook would help. A grip mat in the shower/ bathroom would help, floor was very slippy.

Breakfast was extra, but it was a good selection

Access to the gym was separate and had to be paid for. Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel and it is remote so dinner could not be had in the hotel.
