Brilliant location. You really cannot be any more central in Riquewihr. Plenty of parking also, although it took two attempts to find as we arrived later than expected at a time when the town was thronged with people. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, which was fine for our needs , at €15.

Overall I liked it. Would have been nicer with air con rather than a fan, but the owners have done a great job in bringing a multi-century old property in to a bustling hotel, and I realise that the age of the building impacts some of what they can do.

A very good location right in the middle of Riquewihr, with a large parking lot. The staff was kind and gave us recommendations for good places to eat that could also accommodate a vegetarian like myself. We made use of the express breakfast so we could leave early in the morning, which was very convenient.

There is not a lot of natural light in the room, but other than that the room was great!

It didn’t start well. I’d booked a basic room but when we saw it we were so disappointed. The city view comprised just a view of a roof. The room was tired, particularly the bathroom and cramped . It was hot as it was under the eaves and the aircon didn’t work because the extraction tube couldn’t reach the window without making it impossible to get into bed. Staff kindly moved us at no charge to a bigger lovely room overlooking the quaint street below but I’d advise anyone booking to choose their room carefully and consider booking a better room. The on site parking was a huge bonus and we appreciated the express breakfast as an alternative to the large buffet. Great location in town, lovely staff and highly recommended

Not a fault of the hotel but we struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Wednesday night in high season. A number of those suggested by the hotel were closed for holidays and others routinely close on Wednesday nights. We finally ate at L’ écurie which was excellent but booking was essential and a number who hadn’t were disappointed

Location, staff, ambiance! This hotel was amazing to stay in. Felt like going back in time but with the luxury of plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff so lovely in trying to speak English because of our poor language skills. Loved the stone circular staircase - even with my heavy suitcase (my bad!) Location superb - middle of town! Parking so convenient too. Would love to return when we can

A charming and beautiful old place in the old town of Riquewihr. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were amasing too.

The parking place near the hotel was not easy to find, as you have to pass a no entry traffic sign. We had to get some help from the staff, however their instructions were easy to follow. Also it is a old buiding without lift, but the stairs were easy to climb.

We found this an ideal hotel for three nights in Riquewihr. A mix of old-world charm and modern ammenity in a fabulous location in the old quarter of Riquewihr. We didn't come by car, but handy parking on the premises is a plus for convenience. On the other hand, stairs to the upper floors will challenge those with limited mobility. Though street-facing rooms are a little noisy by day, it all quietens down by mid-evening.

Folk with limited mobility need to be aware of steep steps to upper rooms.

The hotel is nothing like I have ever stayed in. The setting of a medieval village is incredible! The room we stayed in was on the top floor and had a nice view to the back. It was quiet and peaceful even though it was a busy Easter weekend. You couldn’t hear any other guests.

The stone spiral staircase took a bit of getting used to. We took our time and luckily our luggage pieces were small. The breakfast room was a bit cramped but the breakfast itself was really good.

This charming hotel is located right in the old city center of cute village. It has a hidden but big parking place just next to the hotel. The room is comfortable, nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to have a breakfast in the hotel premises. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Quaint hotel in the center of Riquewirh. Really at the center. When driving there I was worried maps took us to the wrong locatin but when we got there the parking was easy access, ample and open. The side street the hotel is on is hundreds of years old and the building itself has the ancient charm. It also has modern amenities like a confortable bed and moden bathrooms. It was really a super pleasant stay. We hasked for rooms near each other and we had three directly adhancent. It went very well. The lobby has a great little bar/brasserie that serves a range of local wines and classic cocktails along wth breakfast in the morning.

On our side of the hotel we had an ancient stone spiral staircase. Solid but a bit uneven. Thats the closes thing to somthing i did not like. The stay was great. Staff friendly.

The location was ideal for seeing Riquewihr. Staff helped us obtain a last-minute dinner reservation at a popular local restaurant Grappe D'Or. Outdoor bar/seating area was unique and wonderfully cool on a hot day.

Room was small (but we recognize this is an old building and that's what you get!) and we could have used a fan to cool it down.
