Nice hotel with a great restaurant in the center of the picturesque old town, we've got the Loft room, which felt more like a three rooms connected by a long corridor at the very top of the building. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were fine. The dinner at the restaurant was very good, plenty of choice and high quality food. Great selection of wines too. There is a free parking nearby the hotel, which was very convenient. There are some nice hiking routes that start around the corner from the hotel.

The shower in the room was too small and under the angled roof, there is almost no way to get washed without hitting your head several times. Spa facilities are outside, the sauna is not turned on and you have to ask the reception to turn it on for you and to wait 20 minutes.

The location is perfect for a weekend trip along the Alsace wine route. There's a Blue Zone parking area right in front of the hotel, and free parking is available just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is small and charming, with a cosy atmosphere. Each of our three rooms had its own unique character, all very clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were well-equipped, offering a fridge stocked with chargeable snacks and drinks, plus a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. Additionally, they provided a range of amenities and essentials such as shower gel, handwash, hand cream, cotton pads, and Q-tips. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was varied, featuring a wide selection of fresh bread, pastries, egg dishes, meats, muesli, and more. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again on our next trip through Alsace.

The only minor point to mention (which was not an issue for us, as we prefer taking the stairs) is that I didn’t notice an elevator, which could be important for guests with mobility challenges. However, the stairs are easy to manage and not steep at all. It’s possible that I simply missed it, so it might be worth checking in advance if accessibility is a concern.

The location was good at the end of the town center. Very walkable throughout the town. Parking was plentiful in a public car park just a two minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was very good. A rec room with a pool table and sitting area was a nice feature, as well as a spa and sauna.

I am still trying to figure out the in room decorating feature of using permanent raw OSB plywood sheets on two of the walls. It may have been a design feature, but it made the room seem under construction. The hallways at night had self-initiated push button lighting which required searching for the dimly lit switch. Motion activated lighting would have been more user-friendly.

1. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ribeauville town. 2. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. 3. The staff are kind and accommodating. I arrived late at night, and they waited for me to check in.

The price is quite expensive, but it's understandable given the Christmas season.

The location was a big plus. Part of the 'Route des Vins' with easy access to the entire Alsace region and in a nice location in Ribeauvillé around a charming square. There were enough breakfast options and the food in the restaurant was of high quality. Local traditional dishes were available, such as baeckeoffe and choucroute. There's also a sauna and jacuzzi that can be used between 2.30pm and 8.30pm.

Upon arrival, I was put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. Bed and towels were used, there were empty bottles in the room, and the toilet was dirty. That didn't make me happy after being for almost 15 hours on the road to reach the destination. However, this was solved quickly as I was offered one of the renovated rooms with built-in wall air conditioner (a necessity in France during the summer months).

Very nice place, high quality restaurant, though not the cheapest. Staff were friendly. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch.

I would like the spa area to be open later in the evening. It is amazing to have a relaxing time after dinner and then walk to bed.

The room was not too big, it had a nice view of a small garden and the hills befind it. The location is great - at one end of the main street so you could walk the whole of it. The restaurant was also quite nice with sophisticated menu and a good chef.

Hotel in a historic building with lovely Christmas decorations in the quiet part of Ribeaville. Tasty breakfast, everything very clean. Small wellness area included.

We stayed the the family room on an upper floor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage and a very nice shower. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices.

While I don’t expect air conditioning, the fans were a bit too small/weak for the height of summer in an attic room. I also wish the terrace wasn’t closed in the evening when it is still light out.

The hotel is situated in the centre of beautiful Ribeauvillé and close to hiking trails. The hotel is tastefully and quirkily decorated, the bed (we had a comfort + room ) was amazingly comfortable and the room spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choice. Parking is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and very easy to reach so no problem. Thank you Le Cheval Blanc, we had a wonderful time.
