I really loved the hotel itself - the location is great (very close to the main highway), hotel is very nice, room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. There is a mini gym I used and a swimming pool. A big plus for a free parking on the roof, you can user more secure one (you need to pay additionally) in the basement which is very convenient.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the way I was treated by the personnel - during check out it was very chaotic and they tried to charge me for a breakfast that I did not have in my reservation. Additionally after couple of hours I saw that hotel charged me second time for my stay (hours after I left!!). When I called, it took them a while to track what happened and it turned out they charged me by mistake and they refunded me. I had a couple of phone calls with the reception desk stuff to make sure that everything is sorted and no one said sorry to me or admitted they made a mistake, which was disappointing.

Great decor, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.

Would have been good to have some basics like milk, coffee etc because we arrived very late. Needs a TV in the bedroom because we were too tired to enjoy the living room. There were no English channels. There was only on street parking although there was an empty courtyard that could have been used for parking, however it was looked.

The room and staff were very good. Breakfast was equally good. I was initially disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant on site. However, the pizzas on offer proved better than expected so were some recompense.

The location was not ideal. Too far from other restaurants etc. Similarly, I found it near impossible to locate the front entrance using sat-nav but did eventually find the rear/roof entrance . I wasn't prepared to navigate around the one-way system again just to get to the garage. Beware also the ramp from the street into the roof car-park. My car (911) did not clear without grounding and damaging the front splitter.

Handy next to the highway, our pitstop place towards the south. Nice yet busy pool when everyone were seeking for refreshing moment after a drive.

Really busy for dinner, we couldn’t find a spot so still had to seat the family in the car to go for a dinner.

The staff was amazing. We lost our friend during going out in the night. (Don’t go, we almost didnt make it back home)

We arrived late, so we wanted to eat at the restaurant of the hotel. The food was poor and overpriced.

The hotel itself is nice and our room was big. The pull out sofa was already set up for us and it was pretty comfortable.

The location is pretty darn far from Lyon Part Dieu station so the taxi there and bad was expensive. You can't walk to anything nice from this hotel so don't go here if you are looking to walk to tourist areas.

In terms of value for money, this location can't be beaten. Specifically when you are passing through. Parking, swimming pool and a great breakfast.

The couch-bed was bad. Here and there some (small) maintenance is due, but again...for this price...

Convenient location on the way down south. Children enjoyed the small pool after a long ride. Easy excess to the centre of Lyon, which is a very nice old city with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream venues. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Room comfortable. Nice breakfast. Overall calm and quiet hotel. Parking in garage or on the roof.

Room size and the willingness to make up for the fire alarm with free breakfast. Facility was clean and lovely looking.

Air con wasn't as good as hoped. Spent the night waking up because of the heat. Unfortunate timing where we couldn't use the pool.

Great hotel with all facilities at a very reasonable price. More than average breakfast at good price. Small, but functional gym. Nice pool! Parking is a pro!

I can't think of anything to complain at this rate!
