Room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Big bathroom compared to most others in France. Great to have access to free coffee and shared balcony/patio all day.

No parking. Had to pay to park in a garage nearby.

The location was excellent! Rooftop seating area so nice :). Staff very helpful and accommodating when we had questions or needed help.

No elevator. Request a lower floor if you have trouble with stairs. People on call to help you, but no one on site. Remote access may be a plus or a minus to you.

Convenient 24/7 automated check-in/check-out and keyless hotel and room access. Comfy bed. Pleasant, delicious and abundant self-service breakfast at the roof terrasse. Public parking at walking distance.

The room (211). The staff. Both Christine the house manager and Yann at customer services were very helpful and attentive.

One slight problem with previous guest leaving their car beyond their checkout time so that I couldn't park my car on arrival. I had paid for the parking space. Yann at customer services was very good in contacting the previous guest so that I could park my car 75 minutes later. The hotel has a great policy of allowing you to continue enjoying the hotel facilities until midnight on day of departure so maybe the guest thought they could take advantage of the parking space too ! Nonetheless the hotel is great and the staff too. It's in a great location for a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Beautiful location too.

We really liked this successful mix between Airbnb and hotel and the independence that comes with it. The location in Tours is fantastic, the terrace a dream. The rooms, the staircase and the lounge are very tastefully decorated. Self Checkin and access was easy for us.

We found it a bit exhausting to always open the room only with the help of the cell phone, especially because we did not always have WiFi reception in the corridor area. In addition to a service hotline, an email address would be helpful for feedback on minor defects.

Good size double room. Convenient for Tours city centre, and easy walk from railway station. Very clean. Tea and coffee available all day. Pleasant terrace although weather wasn’t conducive to sitting outside for long. Fair continental breakfast available.

The arrangement for breakfast is self-service, but it’s not easy to use because everyone gets in each other’s way. The access to the building using QR codes seems unnecessarily complicated, just a bit gimmicky really.

Central location close to station and old town, a couple of nice bars close by, very spacious rooms with access to a nice common room kitchen with help your self service at breakfast. Lovely terrace you can access all day long too. Beat our Paris room hands down and we paid half the price.

Everything is autonomous (QR code to enter building and room, self service breakfast) which isn't for everyone - but it's easy once you get the hang of it.

Very nice hotel in excellent location short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable soft bed. Charming building restored with style. Staff at hotel were very helpful and one of the best things is the late check out of 1200 but still being able to use the lounge/tea facilities along with baggage until midnight on day of departure. Beautiful terrace area adjacent to breakfast room with views of rooftops.

The property is situated in an excellent place. Very easy to walk around. We were fortunate that we booked parking because I think there is only 1 space. Very high tech with no keys required. Very clean and the continental breakfast was good. It’s a shame it rained because they have a patio area which in the evening sitting out with a glass of wine would be great.

My only complaint was that our room was a little tight with 2 people and their suitcases.

Lovely neat room and big shower, and very clean. WiFi was good. Simple but tasty breakfast. I was a little nervous about the QR code access, but this worked pretty well, and the Gogaille staff were excellent in answering queries quickly by text message.

You couldn't really sit at the little desk in the room and it would have been nice to have a lamp for reading in bed separate to main room lights, but these are minor things!
