The Hotel is located near the Peripherique and in close walking distance to the Metro station. It is easy to travel around with direct connections towards Champs Elysee (Metro) or Hotel de Ville (Bus). The breakfast is quite good and there is a McDonalds next to the Hotel. Parking was easy in the garage with a regular car <1,90m height.

Just to be aware: There are not many options for restaurants really near by. This isn't an issue in Paris in general, but we had strong rain one evening, which didn't allow us to have good options. Its also not very clear how to use the garage, when arriving at the Hotel, since you need the room card to open the garage and there are not a lot of options to leave your car during check-in.

Staff( boys) needs more work on customer care. When I got there the guy in reception was in the back room on his phone with the headphones on, i waited for 2 minutes for someone but i had to call him to check in. i was given no informations , i was asked me to pay for the rooms again although it was paid online, the one on night shift was rude, I told him my card doesn't work to open the door in reception and that i had knocked the door for several minutes and rang the bell but no one answered so i could not get in the hotel and he kept telling me that it does work, and when he checked and had seen that the card was not working he just went away and did something and gave me the card back saying now it's working, not even apologising

The room is not that big - an IBIS BUDGET hotel is focused on a simplified stay. The shower was very clean, one large white well illuminated plastic shell and a well-closing door worked well. The toilet is behind a western-movie-style door and spacious enough. The hotel is about 5 walking minutes from a nearby Metro station (#13) and thus you are well connected to the city. To get to Gare du Nord, when leaving by train, you only have to change once (at Montparnasse subway station) - a good location. The hotel was calm, no noise from e.g. neighbor rooms either (i.e. well isolated rooms) - very good. The window blinds close completely which means you can sleep in dark very well.

There was no way to open the window, not even on tilt, which is a pity when you need some fresh air, and the room has some stifling air. At least the ability to put the window on tilt should be allowed. The air condition did not allow heating. One evening, I had to take a hot shower to get back to a comfy temperature. Only one power socket at the bed - this means when you want to charge multiple devices nearby your bed, you have a problem.

The rooms were on the small side but enough for our needs. The hotel in general was very clean and the breakfast offered a very decent range. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with a Carrefour (groceries), great bakeries, restaurants and take-outs, all within a 5 - 10-minute walk. The hotel also has a handy screen at the entrance for you to order food. We only used it once but the pizzas were yummy. But of course, the main bonus is that the hotel is only 20 minutes from the centre of Paris and its many many attractions. Would stay again.

Chose this hotel for location as we were attending events at South Paris arena and this was ideal-within walking distance. It is also close to a Metro stop and bus stop. Good breakfast-buffet style and replenished quickly, however no decaffinated coffee. Had to buy from vending machine in reception Have stayed at Ibis budget hotels before so knew what to expect.

Towels were too small. No large bath sheet to use for showering.

None.

No air conditioner or fan provided during our stay in Summer. We informed the staff and waited for one night to get the room changed. We had to open the window and the noise came from the trains. The next day we waited for the manager to come and explain the problem. We got the room change at night. The air conditioner is not working and they don’t maintain or fix it. Don’t expect Summer is like Winter season. The room is not cheap. Pricey very much! We booked 2 rooms for family, 6 nights.

Great location. McDonald’s next door and 10 minute walk from a Metro station. The hotel is in a quiet area and only a 20 minute metro ride to Eiffel tower. Perfect for those on a budget.

The hotel was great but when I sent a question through about car parking I was sent a standard answer that didn’t answer my question. I was travelling with family and had a roof box on the car so couldn’t park in the multi storey car park. I found an open air car park by looking on the google map just behind the hotel next to the Metro station which was perfect and reasonably priced. It might be worth including this info on the hotels information for those travelling with larger vehicles.

Taking the train was handy. Half an hour to get the Eiffel tower

When taking the breakfast, you have to mind the boiling eggs, otherwise other guests will taken them. The hotel should advertise that the eggs in the boiling water belong to the one who was first in the queue for breakfast.

Rooms are clean, staff was kind and helpful, location was good, restaurants, supermarket bus and metro station are close to the hotel. Breakfast is enough and delicious.

The beds are not too comfortable (were soft for us) but that's ok for couple of nights. We have two reservations and the window couldn't be opened in one of the rooms, we couldn't do the fresh air. Maybe it has some kind of security reason..

It’s close to the subway, there are places to eat around under reasonable prices, and even though my room was close to a train track, the window isolates really well the sound. The staff speaks English and is friendly.

The towels were quite small, and the toilet wasn’t cleaned everyday. The shower door doesn’t complete block the water from pooling a bit on the outside.
