Good breakfast, decent size room, very good shower

Room didn't have a fridge and the air conditioner didn't work. The hotel was far from the city center which was good and bad. It was also 15 minutes away walking from public transportation and parking was paid (and expensive). Wireless worked but the first night it did not connect to the Internet. Second night they gave us an access point to put in the room and that worked fine.

The location was very convenient for the convention center and the price was good. The room and barhroom were very clean.

One of the bed was not really a bed, it was a sofa-bed. Personnel during breakfast were not very accessible.

The location is not best to see Lyon, but it is 10 min on foot from the University, so it was perfect to me. The breakfast is good and various - all you want is there. The water strength is amazing, didn't expect it and was pleasantly surprised. It was very quiet, the soundproof is good. The room is big and cozy! They also have separate bathroom and the toilet which was also a pleasant surprise!

Literally couple things: the water in the bath doesn't go fast, so you are staying in water. And the staff did bring new towels, but didn't take the old ones, so I had like 5 bath towels at the end :) And the plug near the bed wouldn't hurt, to charge the mobile

Good location for university. Big park (Tête d'Or) with botanical garden and a small zoo nearby. Crêpe and nutella for breakfast. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which is helpful for double occupancy.

The fridge in the room didn't work. I like cold drinks.

The location near the congress center was great. A walk through the park for 15 minutes and you're there. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need!

the breakfast could have been nicer. The only cheese they had was little plastic packed chunks. and the coffee wasn't very good either.

People at the reception were kind. Rooms are comfy and have everything you need. A beautiful park is really near the hotel. The area isn't touristic, so you get a real Lyon feeling.

If your goal is to be touristy, the location isn't the best. But still, I think it is good enough for the money you're paying. A beautiful park is near the hotel, and this is actually one of the most recommended places to visit in Lyon, so that's a plus. You could also rent a bike and drive it to the city center. ☺️

Super friendly reception that spoke multiple languages and the hotel was right next to the big park/zoo/garden - easy walk to the convention centre through the garden. Enough AC to keep the room bearable during a summer heat wave.

Far from old town, in area with very limited dinner/dining options

The room was very spacious, new and comfortable, the bathroom was big and new. Overall was good, we didn't have breakfast, location for tourism is maybe not the best, its located in a living neighborhood with not much around, but for our purpose was great.

I was returning with my family (spouse and 2 kids) from holiday and we need it to spent one night before continuing our trip. We booked a family room and we arrived at the hotel. The concierge speaks French (obviously) English and German, we received our keys quickly, parked the car in the hotel underground parking (11 euros per night) and went to the rooms. The family room is actually 2 adjacent rooms separated by 2 doors (you can have privacy if you want and open the doors if need it), comfy beds, clean and cool rooms in a hot summer night. We cant be more happy with our hotel choice, we definitely will book it again if need it.

This is more for booking. com than the hotel (i think) the address of the hotel is not precise, if you use copy/paste the address on your phone using booking feature, it will indicate a zip code and you will land nowhere near the hotel. Better to look for the hotel yourself on google maps / waze / whatever.

Nice clean room, helpful staff, comfy beds, good location good value for money. All in all a great stay with a really good breakfast selection.

Absolutley nothing. cannot fault this hotel. Maybe if anything the parking which is 11€ however we managed to park pretty close
