Nice and modern apartment with a great view on the Black Sea! Comfortable and close to everything around! Superb staff! We spent five nights in an apartment one bedroom with sea view on the 10th floor! I highly recommend it with no hesitation!

The only thing worth mentioning is that even if the apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine you need to buy your own detergent because it is not included!

Location was perfect. just few steps to boulevard and lake. You can go anywhere by walk. View is fantastic. Staff was amazing.

Our two nights in Bellevue Residence were fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more! We had booked based on Emily Lush's recommendation (www.wander-lush.org), and we were not disappointed. Our 6th floor apartment had views over the parks and sea, the soundproofing was good and it was comfortably furnished. The provision of a drying rack where we could dry our washing on the balcony was also helpful. The shower was the best! It was a touch of luxury at a very reasonable price, and the location was perfect for the park and boulevard, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Overall great 👍

Easy beach access. Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Located in the nicest part of the City. We were given without having asked a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a Sea view.

A nearby disco pumped up the jam all night long and all the weekend long. Also, we’re not sure if this is unique to the room, the property or the City, but if you don’t leave the venta always running, the shower drain has a brine smell. Finally, from reviews we had read, we expected to be able to use the next-door Hilton spa for half price, but were told on arrival that we couldn’t since we were staying only a week.

Beautiful flats in a great location right by the sea. Balcony with direct or side sea view. The centre is only a few minutes' walk away. Rooms are well equipped except for a few small details. The accommodation is highly recommendable.

The apartment at Bellevue exceeded all my expectations. Two rooms are very spacious clean and bright with an excellent view to the sea, nice spacious shower room, well equipped kitchen, long balcony. The staff was extremely helpful. The location is close to everything and opposite the Dolphinarium. A perfect choice for one who looks for an apartment with a kitchen in the center of Batumi.

A special thank's for Ms Melek - Supervisor. She was very helpfull and halped me a lot when I was robbed in the city and I called the Police from Bellevue Residence Suits. It was really great and I am very thankfull for all. She was very kind and very involved in helping me!

Location is not comparable to any other place in Batumi. perfect spot at the beach side,near to all attraction with in walking distance. It is a service apartment, with a kitchen and other utilities available. So it was a great choice for me and my family. The lady at the reception ( all staffs in fact ) were amazing and helpful. One of the best stay in Batumi

Dont expect any hotel style services, no room service, no cleaning etc. This is a proper serviced apartment. So if you are with family or long stay, then go fo this. Other than this everything was great

The location is excellent, near the lake and beachfront. What else would you need? Staff are very friendly and smiling, they have the best staff you could ask for. We booked studio with balcony and were upgraded to the one bedroom suite. It was absolutely fantastic Very comfortable bed and worm sheets are very good, big bedroom and big reception, good sized bathroom with washing machine and drying rack Fridge, microwave, kattle, plates, mugs, silverware, everything is available Hot water and excellent water pressure
