The room is quite big compared to the hotels/guesthouses in the same price range, equipped with the furniture necessary for a short stay - sofa, coffee table, TV set, wardrobe, fridge, dressing table with drawers; kettle, glasses and spoons (coffee, tea, and water were supplied every day) and everyone is very helpful, if you need anything. we loved the staff. p.s. I hope you replace the glasses with coffee mugs. Thanks and good luck

The room was cleaned regularly, but the floor was still not mopped/vacuumed properly or cleaned at all. I mean, after such regular cleaning, there was always some kind of debris (dust, sand, hair... ) still on the floor, which was really noticeable.

The location is excellent, with the hotel situated equidistant from the old and new towns, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions on foot. The room was amazing, featuring a modern design, incredibly comfortable beds, and wonderful bathrooms with strong water pressure. Towels and disposable hygiene products were provided.

Our room’s windows faced the backyard, where there was a game club, making it a bit noisy at times. I recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable sleep.

Loved everything. The location is PERFECT. I tried booking something in the old city area but I was lucky nothing was available. This hotel has the best location ever. We didn't need to take a taxi as we could easily reach everything on foot. All great restaurants, parks and even the dolphinarium is like 10 min away from it. Having a mini kitchen in a washing machine inside the room made me feel over the moon cos I hate giving my dirty laundry for someone to wash it. The internet connection was great. The host Georgy is a wonderful man. When I go to Batumi next time, I'll stay only in this hotel.

I liked the location and the flexibility. Usually, nobody was at the reception, but I think somebody was always available to help you. The bed was comfy and the room had everything you could need. The location was also what we needed, so we were pleased with our choice.

Maybe the staff could be a little friendlier to follow better the Georgian standards, but they were very helpful anyway. Maybe it's not the best location for people who wants to be in the very centre of the oldtown but it worked perfectly for us.

Only few minuses , which can be easily fixed: - smoking area is literally at the front door, which means you have to go though the smoke to get inside and all that smoke gets straight in. As non-smokers and a family with small kids is a NO-NO. We couldn't leave the pram downstairs as the first day it got smoked through. - there's a washing machine, but no drying rack in the room. You can hang your clothes out on the staff's balcony, but if the weather is cold and wet, no chance it will get dry in the next couple of days. -wifi signal in some rooms is too weak , you'd have to step out of the room to get it. But luckily there's a comfortable sofa in the common area.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to everything you need/want to see in Batumi. Some great restaurants, bars and bakeries on the same street. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly.

We were in the corner room 203, it seems that the WiFi is just in one place in the hallway, because we didn't have any wifi connection in our room. It would only connect at the entrance to our room, and work very slowly. We had to sit on the couches in the hall to be able to use internet. This really tainted our stay. Also there wasn't a normal knife in the room, all the other appliances were present. The lighting in the room was also very dim

The hotel was close to everywhere. You could reach many facilities like market, museum, historical places etc. The hotel was also very comfortable and clean. No need to be extravagant for accomodation. Hotel Soft is enough. George who manages the stays speaks english very well, he is also helpful for everything. Cleaning regularly and renewing waters every day. Absolutely price/benefit hotel..

I think our first room was so much comfortable. But the second one's bed need to be renewed because it had some low areas disturbing the body.

The hotel is situated at the very center of the city, 20-30 minutes by foot to any corner of Batumi, he street is quite and situated next to the busy one where you can find lots of shops and places to eat. It is very cozy, like you are home. The personnel is friendly and ready to help.

Еру shower door did not close completely so we had to take the shower carefully in order not to make the floor too wet.

Hotel has good location. You can go anywhere you want by walking. There are 3 different markets 50m away. Everywhere in hotel smells good and very clean like home.

There is no car parking space and also it is not easy to find any because the area hotel located is so crowded.
