Everything was super! From the location to the staff to the cleanliness and comfort! They are one of the best hotels I have ever been to when it comes to room cleaning. The way they take care of the details is phenomenal! The staff are also super nice .. they were helpful every time we asked for help.

The spa had only one lady to do the services for me and my husband which resulted in us needing more time. The breakfast options were very limited. If I come again, I wouldn't consider the breakfast as the area is full of breakfast options.

The internet is very slow unfortunately. I had issues working from there. Another thing that surprised me a bit happened when I was trying to order breakfast to my room. I called room service and said I wanted to order breakfast to the room and was ready to tell her what I wanted and the young lady just went "OK" and hung up on me... (??) No questions asked, no bye, nothing. I called again and said I wanted to order breakfast and luckily another person was on the phone and gave them a list of what I wanted. At some point he also went "OK" and hung up in the middle of it, not even asking if that was it or saying bye. When the breakfast was served it was still not complete. I was surprised by this and it kind of spoiled the first great impression I had from the hotel.

The room was equipped with everything one may need during her stay and more :) The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the old part of Batumi, great restaurants, walking streets and shops are nearby. I am quite impressed by this Hotel, did not expect such comfort and luxury.

Breakfast was not too bad but it was the same for all 5 days I stayed. It could have had more variety of choice.

The hotel is renovated recently. The room was very nice we liked the interior a lot!. Breakfast was severed in the room because they are still renovating the ground floor. They have a spa and a Turkish bath. The bathroom has (bidet-spray/water hose) to us this was a very important feature. I highly recommend the hotel especially that it is close to so many restaurants and shops. A plus also is that the boulevard is within walking distance.

The hotel is located in old batumi, the lacation is amazing and a walk from most intrest points. At night the place lights up and the streets are full of people and resturants. The rooms and the design is very laxurious, very sutisfied. The stuff were grate.

The food was not the best, the price of one breakfast was the same as going out in the morning to a caffee, and there are plenty caffees in walking distace.

Great location, near all the main attractions in the city including Piazza Square which was a five minute walk. Staff were friendly and our request for an extra bed was met without the need for a reminder which was very professional of management. The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Great overall experience

I want to say more thanks for my good stay. Very nice staff. Real professionals work at the reception . Very attentive to every detail. The hotels also note that the security guys are very polite and sociable. The room itself looks better than in the photo. Thank you for a good holiday

Everything is great

A clean and tidy hotel in a beautiful and incredibly romantic style. We had a quick response to any problem with excellent and courteous service

The restaurants were not open but we will definitely return to the hotel to check out the restaurants

Great location

Tv wasn't working the whole time.Thin glass windows.. we couldn't sleep because of the rain sound. Another thing is that they put cookies and snacks in the room on the table and appearnly its a part of the mini bar. Usually you see a notice that explains it's going to cost you but there wasn't. We paid without saying a thing but I suggest that there will be a notice next time.

The hotel is impeccably clean and elegant, with amazing service and a superb location. The cozy style creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The spa and Hamam are must-tries.
