The room was large and nicely decorated. It contained two terraces, one large with view to the patio, the other one (a small one) with view to Batumi Piazza. The hotel is located in the city center of Batumi, so most attractions can be reached from there just by walking some minutes. There is a guest parking in the hotel's patio. Wifi works well, TV has many channels offered. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was functional, but regarding design/ materials built-in really nothing special in contrast to the other rooms. Breakfast was good and rich, I only missed fruit juices (e.g. orange or berry juices), which are usually served in a hotel of this class (only water and over-sweetened home-made lemonade were offered as drinks beside tee/ coffee). The breakfast is offered on the rooftop of the adjacent builiding with nice 360° city views. There is an elevator to the breakfast etage, however you have to find it first (it is a little bit hidden).

Nice location and felt more traditional than the other high rise options available . Rooms were huge and beds comfortable. They helped us solve an issue with the taxi driver (use Bolt or get the hotel to arrange it instead).

We couldn’t have breakfast because it started at 9am. They probably should have said on arrival.

My reservation but for my friends. Review based on their experience at this hotel. The hotel is clean and very well located in the heart of the nice old town. Tasty breakfasts. Competent service. Friends did not complain about anything, so I consider the hotel to be recommendable.

No negative feedback has been given to me. As I often sleep in various hotels in this area, the only bad experience is the randomly parked cars making it difficult to navigate the sidewalks. This however does not apply to the hotel.

A beautiful hotel with historical charms. Centrally located in next to St. Nicholas Church and the Piazza, you are able to walk to the beach and various monuments in Batumi. If budget allows, get the room with a balcony that overlooks the city. Comfortable room and helpful staff, the breakfast is located in the building next door that is able to warm your belly before a day of excursions. Would recommend to travelers that are not looking for manmade skyscraper apartments but a place that has a boutique-y feel and personality.

As the property has heritage, expect the characteristics that comes with age. I had trouble closing the balcony windows but this did not impact my stay greatly. Would also recommend warmer lighting in the room to add to the charming atmosphere.

What a lovely hotel in a perfect location! The room was clean but basic, its biggest advantage was the balcony with astonishing view. The hotel itself is nicely decorated, staff are very friendly and breakfasts were simply amazing, with variety of choices for everyone.

There is only a rain shower head in the bathroom, so I had to wet my hair every time. It can’t be regulated so the water was showering the bathroom floor as well.

It's a cozy hotel in an old Palace style located exactly n batumi Piaza and my room balcony was facing Piaza yard so we enjoyed the night life music band from the balcony 😀 😎 Another good thing is that many attractions are few steps from the hotel 👍

Huge room. Seperate living, which contains a couch, closet and desk. Bedroom is huge, with also a closet and desk. Bathroom good, but we didn't like the shower. We had a room at streetside. With the windows fermly closed, you won't hear much sound from the street. There's parkingspace on premise, though small. Breakfast is on the top floor, with a rooftop terrace and good view. It is in buffet style, with plenty choice and nice dishes.

Nothing much, except the morning-guy at check out was a bit weird. He sat outside with coffee, I had no idea he was staff. Since there was no one else at the desk, I left the key - we already paid on arrival - and walked back passing him. Then he approached me, saying he is staff and he needed to check us out. So I got back in again, founding out we could leave....

As I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly, and offered me great advice and was able to answer all my questions. And I also got upgraded which was a bonus. The room size was massive. Breakfast was also good.

I couldn’t fault anything. Everything was perfect.

this is a little gem in the old town of Batumi. Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, and a free parking. Good location, too, near restaurants and bars, near sea front. Place to come back to!

breakfast was OK, not fabulous, and I keep up my battle against instant coffee: go and buy a proper coffee machine. Having said so, they did do a special Turkish coffee for us, when we asked (you see, everybody was so nice!)

Excellent everything. The location in perfect , the staff is allways ready to answer and help with everything . Its quiet mostly , apart from occasional music comming from the piazza behind. The cafe of the hotel , limon , is amazing

Well , batumi in general , the people , hotels , nature , beaches etc. Is a paradise on earth . One of the last and rare places on planet earth where innocence is present
