Great location away from the hot weather of Tblisi. There is a small covered swimming pool in the hotel premises (enough for a refreshing bath). If you want to be sunbathing or swim in the open air there is a bigger swimming pool area 1 minute away by car (free acces for the hotel guests). The quadruple room is just great. Good views from both sides.

Breakfast it was ok, but could be better. The big issue is the breakfast starting time, 10am. If you want to do side visits it makes you arrive at the rush and hot hour everywhere. This place has a lot of potential. With litlle improvements it could be unbeatable.

Beautiful lake next to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty and simple food in the restaurant, for example, lentil soup, Adjarian khachapuri, khinkali, salad. Large portions. Comfortable beds. Cute cats and a dog live on the hotel grounds. The best place for starwatching in August. Beautiful sunsets. Warm water, comfortable weather, good place for sapsurfing. No mosquitoes. Quiet at night, no loud music. At least on a weekday.

Barking stray dogs at night outside the hotel. But they are not agressive. Weak water pressure in the shower head. Several old abandoned buildings on the beach that I think would be better torn down. You can't use Bolt or Maxim to get back to Tbilisi. There is a local minibus that leaves from the nearby town of Dusheti to Tbilisi three times a day, but if you're carrying something heavy, like a sapsurf, it can be quite a hassle. Luckily, a kind man from the staff drove us to Tbilisi for the price of a taxi.

- Shower “booth” is between sink and toilet in the bathroom, that means you have a cold water puddle in the middle of bathroom, wet and uncomfortable - Wi-Fi connection was very weak, we had to switch TV and our cellphones to mobile, launched the hotspot from my cell - Lots of stray dogs outside of hotel territory that are very importune and follow you everywhere (also there are some local dogs that are very aggressive, makes a walk around the lake a not so pleasant experience, though the view themselves are great) - Some menu positions in the cafe were absent (but given we were the only guests in the hotel I’m happy we were able to get some food anyway because the hotel cafe is literally the only place around you can have dinner in the evening at)

The breakfast was the best that we had in Georgia. The hosts were lovely. The view was fantastic and the lake area very cute (we travelled in off-season in May). I imagine that during the busy season the place is not as cahrming, but it was perfect at the beginning of May.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but this was a repeating issue for us in Georgia in simolarly priced accomodations.

Service was sweet, felt like a home, in general the place felt more like a comfy home-guesthouse than a hotel. Met some new people, residents. Restaurant was nice, food rather tasty and reasonable pricing. Had a beautiful window view and the place was near the lake, just a small walk to the beach.

Sadly not many places to wander and walk around.

Our hosts were very friendly and happy to assist with anything that we needed. The indoor pool and sauna were also great as it gave us something extra to do when it was too cold to be outside. The family room upstairs was also great for our family. Food was also really nice!

The host was very helpful, and we enjoyed the backyard, especially since it was beautifully lit with Christmas bulbs. They have a lovely dog named Henry, who is very good with children. There is a lake located behind the house, which can be accessed from the backyard.

great location, right on the lake. rooms are big with a lot of light. everything really clean. beautiful garden and decore. Gella the owner is super friendly. the restaurant has good food. outside the are toys and things to play for the kids. we stayed one night on our way up north and it was perfect for us. it's really quite and peaceful so if you are looking for action this is not the place for you (maybe in summer yes)

The style and location.

It seems they don’t really care about their cats, dogs and parrots( Our minor friends seemed to lack a clean water to drink and were very hungry! The big swimming pool was not there, it was quite far away(

The best location for a hotel. Bazaleti lake makes this hotel unforgettable. Especially the garden of this hotel is very beautiful.

Unlucky in my bathroom was very bad smell from the sewer. But I’m realize that this is probably technical problems beyond the control of the hotel owner.
