Our stay was very delightful. Location is perfect, it's just about 30 minutes from capital Tbilisi. Stuff was very friendly at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the pool bar. Also ladies who tidied up our room were very sweet. Overall food was really good, especially breakfast, which had lots of options and was delicious. Pool was also nice.

Restaurant was very busy at dinner time and we had to wait for a long time, though stuff apologized for the inconvenience. It would be better if more cooks would be hired, so the restaurant could run more smoothly. Facilities could benefit from freshening up, as the hotel has been open for few years now.

Our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. Sevsamora is ideal for a short getaway of a few days. The breakfast selection was varied (very tasty omelet). Clean pools, 2 saunas. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, complete with a work area, WIFI is okay. A notable highlight of the stay was the proximity to Marani Guramishvili, just a couple of kilometers away, where the food and wine are delicious.

If you're looking to explore the area outside the hotel, be prepared to rely on a car or taxi services, as walking options are limited. Gym in hotel is very small, but has view on the pool.

Spa is terrible,unfortunately…2 rooms for sauna (worked only one of them) and nobody controlling temperature,so you must to sit 1,5 hours maybe to feel some warm…steam room was better,but not much…

The place is great which overlooks mountians, the rooms were bigger and clean, the toilet was very big with glass doors, outdoor pool was long and pool bar was good.

No bath towels or hand towels were placed in the toilet, and I had to ask reception to bring it at midnight when we went to shower and still only bath towel and no hand towel provided when 200USD paid for the room. TV was not working at all, and technicians came and fixed it, but no channels were working only on the movie collection, and at night, the tv was not switching off and had to remove the plug finally to sleep. Strangely, the tv menu was showing in arabic only. These are basic things to check before anyone comes to a room and I arrived only late evening.

The breakfast was so good and variable. The food at the restaurant was also good.

I did not like the fact that there were no different robes and slippers for the pool, I had to use the one that was in my room. You can ask the staff for extra robes and slippers but it would be nice to have extra for the pool. The room was not in its best shape, some things were ruined.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite, it was my wife's birthday and they gave us cheesecake in the restaurant.

As for the dissatisfaction, there was the sound of tractors in the room all day, it was very loud, I know it's not the hotel's fault, but it was very uncomfortable, because of this noise we couldn't rest as we wanted.

The hotel is located in a short driving distance near the city of Tbilisi. Easy to reach by taxi even. Rooms were clean and bright, bed quality was excellent. We had all the toiletries, tea / coffee set and complimentary water. For a small price difference better to take the room with a front view.

We loved the breakfast, had a great time playing tennis, and thoroughly enjoyed the Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Our stay at Sevsamora was generally satisfactory, but the bed arrangement left much to be desired. As a couple, we were disappointed to find that our "double bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable gap in the center.

I am usually not satisfied with hotel restaurants, but this one was really great and a lifesaver because there are no decent places in Saguramo near the hotel.

There were no available time slots at the spa, so I couldn't visit it at all, and actually this was one of the reasons I chose to stay at this hotel.

It was pleasure to stay Sevsamora at the weekends. There was a really good service, friendly staff, they speaks Georgian + English or Russian. Territory is good for small walking, also there is a comfortable outdoor pool with a lot of layers and pool Bar. Inside they have pool too, with small Turkish steam room and banya, sauna. Also there is massage room.

I suppose our apartment was rather tiny, it’s difficult to sleep because of a small air volume in the room. By the way, unfortunately there were no toothpaste :(
