We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The bed linen was soft, clean, and the bed comfortable. The location is excellent, offering both convenience and tranquility, with just a 5-minute walk downhill to the city center and a 10-minute walk back up. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. What truly made our experience special was the warmth and hospitality of Konstantin and Salomi. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The common area at breakfast is so lovely, intimate, and relaxing. We began and ended our two-week vacation in Georgia at this hotel, and it was the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this charming family-run hotel in Kutaisi was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely family that manages the property. The owner, in particular, was incredibly kind and generous, going out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had two rooms during our stay—one was spacious and beautifully appointed, while the other was a bit smaller. However, this minor detail did not detract from our overall experience. The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful, and we felt truly at home during our time in Kutaisi. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay in Kutaisi. The hospitality we experienced here made our trip even more special.

During my extensive travels to 97 countries, I have never come across a hotel that touched my heart and soul quite like this one. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the owner, Konstatin, spared no effort to ensure an unforgettable experience for their guests. The views from the hotel are utterly breathtaking, offering a sense of serenity and tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. Waking up to such a magnificent sight each morning was truly awe-inspiring. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is Konstatin's unparalleled dedication to their guests. Small, family-owned hotel just accross the river from heart of city. Location is amazing, just a few hundred yards below Bagrati Cathedral with an amazing view of city below. Comfortable room and great host (Constantine) asssisted by his wife. He arranged travel from and back to airport (20 euro), some 30 kms. from city. We had to leave for return flight at 4.30 a.m., so I was really impressed by Constantine's commitment. A very large and generous breakfast. French toast, waffles, bread (toaster avail.) with cheese and salami, boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes + cucumber slices, yoghurt. Food supplied to each table, and for us consuming everything was a bit of a challenge. We brought excess back to room, which had a fridge.

You get a great view but the price is an up-hill climb to the hotel. There is a nice, wide set of stairs up the hill, just next to the hotel, so the path is easy. But for elderly, out-of-shape the stairs could be daunting.

I don’t see how we could have done a better choice ! The hotel is on the hill just 400 meters from the Cathedral, with a souvenir shop and a good restaurant just 100 meters away. Only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Our room had a great balcony with super view and if you wished to have an ever greater panorama , the top terrace with hamacs was just super, for a drink in front of the cathedral. The hotel himself is decorated with very much taste .. very cosy with stone walls, superbe ceilings and wooden parket. Fridge, hot water boiler, good mattress, air conditioning, super wifi, everything was in. Private parking. Super breakfast in the nice common room. Nice bar with a large choice of wines and beers. And..most of all … charming hosts … very welcoming and helpful ! .. I am sure that it’s one of the best places in Koutaissi..

Nothing at all

Everything was as described, a very welcoming host, cozy place. I can recommend using his car to get a transfer from the airport as taxis can be challenging to get cheap and easy. All the attractions are in walking distance. Can recommend.

We were living on the top floor and it was freezing cold. Especially in the bathroom where we had like 10 degrees celsius. We stayed there only for one night, but it was quite challenging. In the summer period shouldn't be a problem.

The views from the terrace over the town and Bagrati Cathedral were fantastic. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, the hotel organised very smooth airport pickup, check-in and even late breakfast for us. Breakfast was plentiful every day.

The roof only covered half of our terrace. It rained for a whole day while we were there and unfortunately the seating area was not really usable. There are no bars or restaurants in the immediate area.

Konstantine and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were wonderful, a big spread freshly prepared every morning. Bagrati Cathedral is literally around the corner, a few steps away. It was also a big plus that we could arrange to be picked up at the airport, as we arrived late at night.

The bed was not very comfortable - on the last night we realised the mattress should be turned over. After doing that it was better.

Great hotel in excellent position, very good breakfast and lovely owner of the hotel who offered us transfer and a driver for a beautiful tour. We felt like part of the family. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, one with a breathtaking view on Bagrati cathedral. The city center is easy to reach with a 10 minute walk and everything was perfect. Next time in Kutaisi we will definitely stay there again 👍✨💫
