Will first of all the host Marieme was a great person with a great smile. She has helped us to settle in Kutaisi and guided us. She provided a taxi driver to pick up us from the airport. She even helped us to rent a car from a car rental office. Marieme buld this new two story house with 7 bedrooms with hotel facilities inside the rooms. Three rooms are on the ground floor and the other four in the first floor. It's completely new and fitted with all appliances needed. In the ground floor there is a restaurant where she prepare a good breakfast everyday. The city centre is 2 to 5 minutes by car. Her attitude and behavior was absolutely amazing. . I would recommend anyone who would like to stay in kutaisi with hassle free to book with Hotel Sunrise. Marieme will always support you and be on your side. I can't express more as I have stayed two great days with her and she never hesitate once to support. Will definitely stay with her again. By the way her house is on the same land. So, she will be available to support you all the time. Thanks Marieme.

My room was number 1. It was perfectly clean! Looks good like recently built/renovated. WiFi works. The bed was excellent. Air conditioner helps. A lot of clothes hangers are available. Photos are relevant so check it to be ready for the conditions. Breakfast is at 9 a.m. Meals were not different day by day during the whole period of my stay, but it was delicious and various. So you can try different food in different days :) Can't make sure that fruits were the same just because I have allergic reaction to a lot of them. I like the location because it's not so far away from touristic places, but it's far enough to be quiet. Remember that the owner speaks English, but you may be met by woman who doesn't speak English and Russioan but speaks at least Georgian. It wasn't an issue, because you can discuss everything with the owner during Check-in. The woman organised phone call. Communication in Booking messages is quite fast.

Very comfortable, quiet, air conditioned, clean room comprising a double bed, desk, TV, wardrobe, fridge and attached bathroom. Very friendly hostess who speaks very good English. A decent buffet breakfast every day. Good location 15 minutes from the centre on foot. I would definitely recommend this small hotel

Breakfast was rather repetitive. I would suggest having a few alternatives. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was comfortable. Comfortable bed, new, soft towels. We lacked nothing. The owners were very kind. We could park our car in the yard. The center is not far, so we walked. The breakfast was excellent - boiled eggs, cheese, pie, tomato, cucumber...salty, sweet...coffee, tea...more than we could wish for. At the end of our trip through Georgia, we stayed there one more time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us during our checkout process and even offered to help us stay at the hotel during the rainy weather.

Cozy and nicely renovated room, quite area, good location. The owner Mariami was very helpful and informative. Their driver Nikolay is amazing, knows so many nice places, very informative. Perfect driver. Highly recomended

Bit poor breakfast

New upcoming small self owned small place. It is excellent budget hotel with good breakfast. Just stayed overnight so not sure about facilities around. Owner, Mariam, very caring lady. Very reasonable airport pick up charges specially as arrived midnight. Dropped us free at train station. Room with all new furniture.

Owners were friendly. Room was satisfactory. Bed comfortable.. Breakfast was good. Fairly convenient for the railway station. Reasonable price.

Premises would benefit from a doorbell. Not keen on wet room with toilet in same area, and shower hose tended to spray everywhere. No spare toilet roll.

Everything was perfect. We had an absolute fantastic communication with our host Mariam. Also she organized a wonderful tour for us in the surrounding. The breakfast was delicious and we felt the warm Georgian hospitality.

The owner has been very available and kind in supporting with all my requests.
