To start with some useful information - as of August 2024: - breakfast time 8-11 am - the hotel accepts now card payments (we did so) - the pool on the roof has been renovated and is a concrete one, open 24/7 - there is a new elevator so you don't have to bring your suitcase by stairs Fantastic place with amazingly friendly people. The lady at the reception was charmingly helpful and I really appreciate all the help she offered (if you're reading this, you're really the best!) Breakfast selection was decent. When we had to leave early in the morning one day, before brekfast starts, they prepared lunch boxes for us! Location is great, about 7 minutes walk from the main place. Wifi worked fine with no problems. Once again, thank you for all the help and smiles!

For this price and the hospitality of the owners, there's nothing I'd like to complain about ;-) I will book the same hotel if I'm coming again to Kutaisi.

There was a place to lock our bike and keep it safe. Our room was plenty big and offered a balcony that was huge. The bed and shower were wonderful. The air conditioner was quiet and provided much needed comfort. The breakfast was excellent! The dishes were homemade and plentiful. There was always hot water and tea available. The staff were the best. We felt very cared for and I had to give the woman who cooked for us a hug.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Kutaisi. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff - they ordered us a taxi to the airport in a perfect price. Perfect location, very close to the city center or bus stations. Good local breakfast. Very nice and beautiful views from the upper floors and balconies, also a lot of places to sit outside with a good view. Very good hotel for this price

The room was a bit small, there was no cleaning during the stay. The bed was quite narrow so two big people may have problems there. A bigger choice for breakfast would also be good. Bathroom should have a ventilator

we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we felt like home! the owner of the place was very friendly to us and have us home made vine it was amazing! and other staff was friendly too! the breakfast was very good and location as well. we could walk to downtown and find different restaurants. we also had balcony in our room it was cool!

1. One night it was so loud we didn’t sleep at all, people screaming like on the concert 2. Other night drunk guest knocked out door demanding check in, it was pretty scary 3. Some of the towels were with brown / yellow stains and it was quite gross 4. Our terrace door lead to the common part of the terrace so we couldn’t open the curtains because people would just see us naked. Therefore the room was very dark all the time 5. Pool was quite dirty

The location was good and the staff so friendly, Anaih was excellent hand speek well English, the have elevator. Breakfast was nice they even ask us what we want, it wasn't the best but trying is what counts. They have a driver that helps us during the trip his daily cost was reasonable but you get what you paid for

We loved Teo! She was wonderful. She arranged airport pick up and drop off for us. We were greeted with some homemade wine and snacks. She helped us arrange a car rental so we could explore Georgia. We had a great breakfast and on the last morning she made us a packed lunch as we had to leave very early. The Balcony Hotel is close to the centre of Kutaisi and we were able to explore the town on foot. What an amazing atmosphere and wonderful owners! Thank you Teo, you made our stay in Kutaisi memorable!

We had a nice rest in Hotel Balcony. Surrounded by the cozy surroundings of Kutaisi and having Teo’s support left us speechless. Teo is a person who’s ready to help and support you in every possible way. She’s like an auntie who is always opening her arms to feed her guests well and keep them satisfied. We loved her and the friendly staff very much. We strongly recommend the hotel run by Teo. She’s the best. 💗💗💗

Our second stay here, so in addition to all previous info, I'd like to mention that this is a family owned placed. All the people - at the reception, cleaners, cookers, are family and it's great to support them. I really wish you all the best, and all the best for Kutaisi and Georgia! :-)
