Staff at the property were helpful - Luggages taken care with bellboy services and had no issues at all - Staff at the restaurant were excellent and they even asked us to carry some snacks from the breakfast counter for our daughter while we planned for entire day sightseeing - Excellent room services and we had our private jacuzzi in the room which was a great add on. Many restaurants / pubs nearby - Overall i would visit the property again if in Tbilisi - For indians planning to visit this property - Khushi Indian restaurant is 2 min walk from the property - Both Coste and Khushi restaurant didnt disappoint us - Excellent services

Nothing - Great stay for families

Hotel has accepted us more than welcomingly starting from the beginning by upgrading to a connected room (studio apartment was booked initially) till the late checkout without extra fees. The staff was friendly and warm to us, very polite and nice to us and kids. Breakfast was quite enough for our family. Location was quite well as it was near the main central areas and has connections with all the city, as mentioned in the description. Will strongly recommend for visits with families.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Coste – Highly Recommended! I recently enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Coste and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the 24/7 reception staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and helpful demeanor. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a cozy retreat. The attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the hotel were much appreciated.

The room was spacious, mattress was comfortable. Room service was changing towels every day. Water/tee/coffee in the room. The hotel is located on a lively street, but my room was pretty high so noise was not a problem. Location is great for me - close to Rustaveli, Sololaki/Vera/Vake/dry bridge to get to the other side.

Air conditioning was not working for almost the whole stay and it was already pretty hot in the city. The staff proposed to change the room - not to be on the sunny side...

Stayed in room 602 and the WiFi was intermittent. My friend stayed in another room but his was fine. Thought the staff could have been a bit more friendly. I asked to borrow some pepper from the restaurant as I was eating in my room and said I will bring it back but it was not allowed apparently which I thought was bizarre 🤷

The staff was amazing—very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, so I extended my stay for an additional two nights because I enjoyed the hotel so much. The location is excellent, situated on the main street with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the burger was tasty and delicious. Overall, the hotel had a cozy atmosphere.

We had a terrific 6 nights stay at the Coste Hotel. Everything about the place was just way beyond our expectations. Our 2 year toddler had a real baby bed+thick, comfy matress for himself, not only a camping crib which is usually the common practice. In addition, the room was super clean and very spacious, enables plenty of space for the kids to play. The little in-room kitchen was great, too! On our last day there, we had an evening flight and we had no idea what to do as it was pouring rain outside. They agreed for a free, late check out without any issue. One last thing - The reception staff, in particular Miro, were extremely helpful. They supported us when our son got sick. Miro ordered a pediatrician to the hotel and joined her to our room for the entire check in order to ensure we're getting treated well. Thank you for everything!

One of the rooms had a smoking smell from the bathroom (there was no window in the bathroom). In addition, we'd add 2 bar chairs to the small island in the kitchen, so one can actually seat next to it.

Very clean property. Staff are young, very helpful and eager to provide a good service. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of cooked items. Very good location with easy access to all parts of Tbilisi; we mainly used Bolt (don't hail taxis as they will rip you off) and there were nearby options for buses and a metro line.

The attached restaurant is much too expensive and there is no room service. Also, the shower enclosure could have been better thought through; it needed a proper door or curtain to prevent water splashing on the bathroom floor.

Great place, new, clean, comfortable rooms. Appreciate the coffee machine, fridge and toiletries.

The A/C doesn’t work because the hotel has it set to heat only mode, even if the A/C mode is on. They didn’t tell us this when checking in, so we left the unit on and when we came back, the room was 30c degrees, really really uncomfortable. The sun also comes through the windows during the day, which makes it impossible to cool down. I questioned this and they said the A/C is turned off now due to cold weather, which i don’t understand, because Tbilisi was 25 celsius and sunny for the whole of my stay, and it’s almost mid-May.
