I liked that the staff were very friendly. The price was very good. They had all facilities like oven, washing machine and smart TV and you can even cook! Beinf a Muslim It was hard to find Halal meals nearby so I used to make my own food and the best part was that there is a supermarket and pharmacies all down the street.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They could do better with the pillows. The room had cockroaches in it. I booked a family suite and it had some cockroaches in it. The location was not tourist friendly. It’s far from the city. Breakfast was the same every single day eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and butter and bacon, there could be some varieties in that like adding olives, pizza, etc.

The staff was professional, honest and welcoming. Place is a bit far from the city center but you can use Bolt, Yandex or public transport. Breakfast was good. You can drink water from a nearby spring from a dedicated tap for free. The grocery shop opposite to the hotel remains open 24 hours where you can buy stuff at reasonable prices. There is also a bakery besides the shop which sells fresh bakery items at reasonable rates. Overall the experience was good.

Hot shower, clean and warm room. The two biggest Tbilisi grocery chain stores on the same block, plus bakeries and other useful stores. I didn't try the breakfast due to fasting, but it looked good and is cheap at 7 lari. Full kitchen plus boiler and microwave. Very econmical.

The 4 bed dorm room is quite tight on space. There didn't appear to be keys for the lockers. I didn't need one, so I didn't ask. Not many cups and utensils.Lack of seating area in kitchen and living room (there was actually an occupied bed in this room and one couch). I reserved a 6 bed dorm, but the room had four beds. I don't think there is a 6 bed dorm.

Fantastic overall experience. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Eggs, toast, chacapuri, cheese, ham, coffee and tea. Good and cheap place to stay.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of good quality. Additionally, the room had ample storage space, which was a welcome convenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to fellow travelers.

The size of the room, I took a family room, very spacious, in the room a large and comfortable bed, a large kitchen, and a pull-out sofa bed, a shower and comfortable toilets

I liked everything, just one thing, there is no organized parking only on the main street

-they have female dorm -basic kitchen appliances like stove, fridge, water boiler & microwave

-location is too far from city center -it takes about 50 minutes to get to city centre

It is a comfortable place to stay even if you have the intention to stay for a longer time in Tbilisi... The room is provided with a small kitchen... Breakfast is fantastic and included... A very clean place... The manager speaks English perfectly and the staff are very kind and helpful.

I didn't notice anything negative to dislike.

Location bit outside to tbilisi. Only around 13 kms to airport. Perfect for climax stays of your trip. Good breakfast not fancy one (bread, eggs, 2 veggies, butter and cheese, sausage and tea/coffee) and the lady in dining area so friendly. rooms are excellent and comfy!
