Nestled in the heart of the city, this hotel is a hidden gem worth discovering. While a bit tricky to find initially, as you there is no exact signage where is the main entrance.

Great place to stay in Tbilisi! Very good location with possibilities to go anywhere. We were take apart with breakfasts - and that was a best decision! Very tasty and individually: breakfast is making special for you at any time from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (you just need to tell about it the day before). Best view from aparts to city! A little bit difficult to find location. But great owner - meet us in the evening and help to get to our room. Grate place!

The view is truly stunning – absolutely beautiful! However, the entrance might surprise you as it’s through a residential building hallway. Do note that it can get quite chilly at night, so be prepared for that. The staff was amazing – they made a personalized breakfast just for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for the incredible hospitality!

Breakfast was amazing! Every morning, different new dishes were prepared, accompanied by sweets (pancakes, waffles,...), fresh fruits. The staff was great: very friendly and helpful without ever being too present. We had a very nice and spacious room, with an amazingly big terrace overlooking the city.

The view from the apartment was fantastic, panoramic views of Tbilisi and particularly stunning at night. There was a large deck, which Is great for sitting out on and this gives so much more space. The staff are very helpful and the Georgian breakfast is a feast, with something different prepared every day I was there.

The entrance is a little unsightly (as they say themselves) but the views and extra decking space more than makes up for it.

Had an amazing experience with my girlfriend. The hotel has a perfect location next to the metro, old Tbilisi and bus stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is super delicious and has a big portion, the view is stunning! Definitely will come back there!

Good location, awesome view on the 13th floor with a terrace, a good apartment, good value for money, great staff, and a nice homemade breakfast. The bed was good, and AC was available as well for warmer periods.

A bit hard to find the entrance but staff there 24/7 to help.

Very nice location. Extremely attentive personal. There are two administrators, who are really friendly and kind. They wrote us a message that our breakfast is ready. The communication before our departure was really fast, clear and smooth. In the room was everything you need including bathrobe. And the view is same like on the picture TOP!
