Fantastic amenities provided to guests, we were provided with our own coffee machine, air conditioning,TV, hair dryer, kettle and a safe for our goods. That is in addition to an absolutely fantastic shower which I will aspire to have in my own home. Staff were on hand and willing to assist in any capacity they could. Fitness facilities were very good with capacity to do all compound lifts as well as cardio in various forms. The hotel is clean, new and the room was really spacious. I will also add that the location of this hotel is one of the best in Berlin with easy access to the transport network, good prices, a wide variety of different stores and places to visit. For reference, we stayed in the Twin Guest room.

There was nothing I didn't like. I am looking forward to the fitness centre being finished by the time I return.

everything is brand new and clean, the hotel staff is really friendly and helpful and the beds are fabulously comfortable. also the fridge is a good thing when you stay longer.

the only major flaw stemmed from the fact that the interior is not fully done - so on Saturday morning, I was waken up by a drill as some guy was installing pictures on the wall in the corridor.... but it stopped after I complained at the reception. It was a bit unpleasant as one would not expect such an activity on the weekend (and esp. in the morning).

Room is big with a very good rate. Location is very convinience, can exit everywhere very easily to restaurants, shopping and public transport. Reception and Restaurant staff is very nice and helpful.

Toilet amenities are very less. Breakfast is a little bit too organic foods, a little bit tasteless. Housekeeping is very poor service because we did not had a room cleaning for our second day stayed.

The staff is amazing. They are very helpful, friendly , always with smiles and amazingly kind . Jessica is a sweetheart, such an amazing person. She did such a nice gesture, that I want to come back to this hotel every other times just because of her and how she treats hotel guests . The hotel is totally brand new. The location just is perfect, in the city center .

Such a good experience . The hotel is all rennovated . The room are very nice with a confortable bed . The water pressure in the shower is amazing . On my arrival the reception staff receive me with a smile and offer a nice cookie. 100% recomended

No room service after 22H , In a 5 stairs hotel the room service should be open 24h

The staff,food & service were excellent (with the exception of our chambermaids who we had to complain about) but this was more than put right by Anna, the house manager & her deputy.

Our chambermaids did not put out towels, tea & milk in our room nor did they make the beds until I WENT TO ASK THEM ABOUT 4.30PM

Everything. It’s a recent upgrade and to a high standard. In a quiet plaza but central. Wifi is good. Brilliant shower. Efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Small gripe but no iPhone connection in the room.

Quite room, light, super new, comfortable bed with extra topper. Breakfast staff extremly friendly and service focused. Delicious bread, fresh made scrambled eggs and I appreciated the tea selection very much!

It was very spacious and the design is amazing! We had a problem with the room we got but the staff handles it amazingly and we were very pleased!

The hotel and the room were very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff is hospitable. We payed for breakfast one day and there were plenty of options for vegans and overall everything was tasty.
