Breakfast was exceptional, the chef even made me an eggwhite omlette during busy hours as I am allergic to the yellow. Beds were very comfortable and everything was seamless, and the location was also perfect. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay. They also had some space for kids to run around so I would also stay there with kids although you probably need a bigger room for a family stay.

Only a small feedback, I did forget to pack some body cream and maybe a small tube of that in the room would've helped.

- very good mattress and pillows - unexpectedly nice daily cleaning and towels replacement for the price I paid - very good sound insulation of the windows + usually quiet because it's on a side street - large and comfortable outside and inside lounge area + nice but rather small terrace on the last upper floor - quiet hours after 10 pm were respected - enjoyed the small cafe in the hotel lobby serving some small bites, sandwiches, wraps, granola etc + starbucks drinks - safe space to leave your luggage before checkin / after checkout - good location just outside the metro station with direct link to city center

- need to completely change their towels which look old and worn out - too dim lights in the room, could barely see anything at nights - windows could use some nets - not their fault but something to keep in mind: lack of restaurants, cafes in the immediate vicinity

The louge/reception is very comfortable and have board games to play. Also, there's a bar and a Starbucks open all day in the hotel. The hotel is really clean. The room is small but comfortable. The TV is huge. The floor in the toilet is warm. The bed is comfortable.

The soundproof system in the room is excellent for the outside, but inside is not so good. I could hear the other guests' voices coming from ventilation, I guess. Could have some small fridge in the bedroom.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned every day of our stay to an exceptional level. We were able to leave our luggage at their storage room before our room was ready and explore the area. The location is fantastic! It's 2 minutes walking distance from a U-bahn station, 20 minutes from Potsdamer Plats and the station there, and 25 minutes from the Brandenburg gate and the Reichstag. There is a museum around thw corner, which is great, and a pub with a garden next to the U-bahn station.

I don't think there is anything we didn't like.

A great location - close to U & S-Bahn, Museum of Technology & Berlin History bunker. Friendly staff at check-in, late night bar with street tables, clean & cosy room. A reasonable walking distance from Tiergarten which was our main destination for the Rave the Planet event.

The room was quite small even for 2 people. At the same time, besides the 2 closely pushed to each other single beds (which, I guess, may be equally presented as one double bed depending on situation) there were a full-size sofa and a folding bed on the wall, which made the room resemble a train compartment. It would be a challenge for 4 people to share such a tiny room.

the location was excellent, very close to many tourist attractions, very very close to the metro station. The area is very quiet and beautiful.

there are no shops or supermarkets in the area. no restaurants. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but only a location next to it that was not open all the time. so it was harder. and the food. however, there is a mall nearby, about 500 m away, and you can eat there, dishes with Chinese specialties. I think I ate the best sushi there.

The hotel is very well connected by public transport and that's its main strength. The room size was fine as we had an extra bed to leave our clothes on. Staff was very helpful with each request and problem. There is a café in the lobby and vending machines with snacks and drinks.

We experienced a few inconveniences that were quickly sorted out, but it would still be better if they didn't occur. The shower was malfunctioning and the tv didn't work when we entered the room. The room is also very dark, even with all lights on. We didn't find any convenience stores in the hotel's vicinity. The smartphone key app doesn't really work well, I recommend just taking a physical key card.

I love how techy the hotel is. There is an app to open all the doors also to your room, which I find really convenient. They have a nice terrace which has a really nice view. Also for arriving / leaving they have lockers for luggage which also fit large check in luggage size. Gonna come to this hotel more often!! Also the 3 subways going from there reach all the good spots of Berlin! The location is really nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there were stains on the sofa and some minor mold in the shower. Things that can be changed quickly, hope it doesn’t show up next time. Unless this really clean and nice rooms!

The hotel room that we had appeared to be brand new. Modern decor, excellent fittings, a working safe, windows that opened, and plenty of power outlets. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable!

Very few complaints but a suggestion or two: 1. Some sort of organised events (trivia or ping pong) in the almost unused section of the lobby to the left of the entrance would be nice. The A/C system instructions are not clearly available and while hotels don't like customers having too much control over their A/C, the hotel became a little hot overnight and it was impossible to cool the room enough.

The entire place was very clean, and we especially loved the soft bed sheets. The location is also great—it's in a peaceful area, with a U-Bahn station just 3 minutes away, and you can reach the Reichstag by foot in 30 minutes. I liked how everything could be done remotely, including accessing the room key via the app. However, if you lose connection, you also lose access to the key, which happened to me while we were in a rush for a booked tour. Fortunately, the staff was extremely helpful and quickly issued a new room key, saving the day.

One strange aspect was the additional bed that looked like a couch, with another folded bed above it. When unfolded, it resembled a bunk bed, which made the space feel cramped. Although everything was modern and updated, the layout made the room less comfortable. This made the place felt more like a fancy hostel than a hotel.
