The hotel was overall really good. All of the staff members were really friendly. The location was good because there were more train stations nearby to get really fast to the city center or other destinations. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good amount of foods to choose from. Furthermore the hotel offers parking spots for a cheap price and we could even park our car there a bit longer after the check out.

Due to the high temperature outside it was really warm inside the hotel room and they didn’t had an air conditioner. But with an open window at night it cooled down a little bit. Also the beds were a little bit uncomfortable but they told us they’re getting replaced soon.

For its price range I think the hotel met my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the wifi connection was stable, the staff were polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the heating worked, there was ample lighting, the windows thick enough to dampen the noise if the busy street, and the breakfast was good enough. The location was also perfect, close to two very different sides of the area, good restaurants in the vicinity, supermarkets and convinence stores, and really close to the subway.

I didn't use the TV much because there were limited choices.

My niece and I travelled from the UK and stayed at Hotel Prens for her 18th Birthday. The room was very cosy as in warm, yet generously spacious. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them. They gave us good advice about the tourist attractions and getting about, they also ensured that we had what we needed in our room. All of this really did add to making it a great experience. If I visited Berlin again I would certainly stay here and would also reccomend this place.

There really is nothing we didnt like. We were on a main road which could have been quite noisey but it wasnt. I can not find any fault with this place.

It was really awesome to get in that nice and clean place, where everytime somebody can meet you at the Reception. In our post-covid time it is really rare attitude! The place was nice and clean. It even had an elevator up to my room. The personnel welcoming and helpful - the host told us very nice place to eat not far away. I did not try breakfast, cause night life of Berlin did not let me wake up

initially my booking had 2 single beds. but at the reception we got the double bed. since we were two men - it was a bit strange first. but then as my friend left in two nights, I got a bigger bed to sleep, so as a result it was more of advantage))

We booked this hotel because of its location. It did not disappoint. There are so many cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and so many more within 20 minutes. The underground station is just a few metres away, connecting to every part of the city and the airport. The staff are excellent, suggesting places to visit and how best to enjoy a Berlin break. Comfortable and clean room. We would definitely recommend.

There was no bread or bread rolls available at breakfast on one day of our stay. A milk alternative would be nice at breakfast.

Location, staff, very clean and quiet

80€ had been charged as safety deposit (it was refunded on the check-in day) + I has to pay for the stay, of course. So, I dot not have 80€ on my card, as it was stated that payment shall be done on the check-in day. So, my booking had been cancelled and no reply received from the hotel. I wrote twice to them. I booked one more time, laid those 80€ (about A week before the arrival).

They helped arrange a taxi for us, which was nice.

We booked for 5, 2 parents and 3 kids. As a result, we had 1 queen, 2 singles and a third queen (in second room). The kids had a room of their own on a separate floor. Would have beed nice to be on same floor or have 2 singles in second room, thus putting one parent in each room.

Clean basic room with no extra furniture in addition to bed. Shower functioned really well. Key card functioned also well and quickly. Excellent location near restaurants and caffees. Reasonable price. Nice staff.

Breakfast was barely sufficient - selection of bread could have been better. No scrambled eggs.

A few days ago we returned from our holiday and we would like to express our gratitude to the whole team. They were all very polite, radiant and made us feel at home. Sanitary measures against COVID-19 were strictly observed. It was one of our best vacations and we would rest here again in the future. Many thanks to the manager of the hotel for his wonderful attitude towards us. The room was high class and very clean, lots of space.The bathroom was perfect everything was perfectly cleaned and shiny. The room had high ceilings and windows and baseboards.

A really pleasant welcome, clean large room which aside from the street noise you would expect from such a location was quiet and safe. The breakfast was fresh and varied although the fruit bowl was a little over ripe. Thank you
