Ideal location, 2-3 minutes walk to U-bahn, S-bahn, tram and buses! Some areas around the hotel can be a bit sketchy at night, but we had no issues, and the hotel itself felt very safe. On top of a small shopping centre so you can buy anything you need. Very clean rooms.

Check in was very slow, which caused a knock on when ordering at the bar etc. But lovely staff made up for it.

The entrance is very very dark at night - it doesn't look safe. As it's at the end of a dark ally, there was a strong smell of urine and leftovers from a homeless guy. Before having the card to access the building no one responded to the intercomm, but luckly a guest arrived to let us enter. Saw that happening to other guests arriving to the hotel.

Excellent location, right next to Frankfurter Allee, the U+S Bahn and tram station, I could returning to the hotel quickly after a late night visit to Berghain (pretty close to the hotel, approx. 20min by tram + on foot / U Bahn +on foot) There is a shopping mall with Aldi McDonalds and Subway, very convenient. 24 hour reception, a nice relaxing area with desks and comfy chairs in the lobby, great environment for online meetings (the desks in the room would be too small for laptops) Friendly and lovely staff, always willing to help! Free water refills at the lobby, free h2o🤍

There was a small hole between the door and the wall in the showering area. The water would leak into the bathroom floor after each shower, need to be careful with the angle of the shower head. The blanket was a bit small for me, but not a big problem. The walk from the lobby to my room (098) was a whole 2 mins walk no cap, for some reason they separated the circular corridors into 1-100 and 101-150 with a wooden board that goes all the way to the ceiling (a lovely tribute to the city of Berlin I suppose), so we had to walk from 001 all the way to 098 and couldn’t go the other way around.

Nice rooms for couples/small groups. Good location right next to the Ring-Bahn and easily accessible. Was a bit confusing to find the entrance, but overall easy to navigate once you get there. Great food selections all around the hotel and nearby station.

Price might have been a smidge high, but that was probably due to the time/days I was booking. Overall I would book here again in the future.

A truly polite and helpful staff is always a nice surprise in Berlin. It is a modern hotel with rather young guests. It can be easily reached using a public transport.

I have to admit it wasn't very easy at first to find the entrance. The hotel is situated in a shopping mall and the entrance to the hotel is actually the entrance to the garage (unfortunately it is not very well signed). My room was very small, even for one person

absolutely fantastic staff, very attentive to your needs and very pleasant, always smiling and politely communicating. best locations in the area, right on the top of trading center with 2 supermarkets and lots of cafes. right next to the metro station. at the same time it’s very quiet there at night. you can easily buy frozen pizza or lunch and ask receptionist to warm it up for you. also free drinks for skipping cleaning is a good idea. it’s one free drink per person in the room, so 2 coffees or soft drinks were provided to us when we skipped the room service.

the rooms are small, but cosy, not for everyone. also cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the morning, as they were talking to each other pretty loud. also for some reason if you want to skip the cleaning and put the right tag for that on your door cleaning staff for some reason opens the door and leaves a token for free drinks on the floor, however they could simply slide it under the door (there is a small gap), so you either get a free drink or you don’t get disturb not both - this is something that can be addressed to the staff and easily fixed

Our room wasn’t cleaned on the third night of our stay. Just having fresh towels would have been nice. The €3 bottle of water in the room seems a bit cheeky. Especially as most hotels have drink making facilities included (kettle, tea coffee). It would have been nice to have a real double bed, not two singles as this can be uncomfortable when sleeping with your partner. The unpleasant lady checking everyone paid for breakfast was strange. Having signs clearly stating to pay for breakfast then someone checking would be nicer. We were glad we didn’t get it anyway as not much there for vegans :D

Close to Frankfurter Allee train station. Clean rooms. Great air conditioning . Rooms very small but functional

Hard to find. Hidden up near a shopping centre access. Access at night- bit worrying with homeless hanging around in entry. Door lock broken so has a cloth wrapped around it to keep it open. Asked staff about access at night and they said ring door bell . Only one staff on so have to wait for person to open if they are busy. If you opt for the free drink make sure you turn the tag the right way. If you put do not disturb you don’t get free drink even though your room still hasn’t been cleaned.

We stayed in this Hotel several times over the past years - so we know what to expect and never got disappointed :) Stylish reception/bar area, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and cheap parking just below the Hotel in the parking garage. Perfect location to get around in Berlin for Buisness or Private - a lot is within walking distance and if you´re lazy or in a hurry, just jump on a tram at "Frankfurter Allee" tram station next door. If you need some stuff, a big Shopping Mall "Ring Center" is literally the same building and "more than next door" :) Only point to even make it better: mini fridges / a minibar in the rooms - that would be perfect, especially in Summertime and if you stay longer than a night or two ;)

The air conditioning works! I had a headache and needed a cool, quiet place to rest. It worked. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed has 3 pillows, each with different softness. Shower has fast hot water.

Both days of my stay, room key didn't work on my return. You have to ring the bell for outside door to get inside if you are a new customer or your key doesn't work. Sometimes you have to wait really long to get inside. Rooms are small but it didn't bother me.
