The room was clean but the best part of the hotel is the location. We almost walked everywhere and if we could not we took the metro which was just in front of the hotel. The checkin and checkout was easy. If we needed anything we contacted the staff through WhatsApp which they responded very quickly.

The single beds are too narrow, they were small for tall people like us (I am 171cm my cousin is 186cm) No ventilation in the bathroom No mirror except the one in the bathroom (not convenient for two people) People kept setting off the fire alarm (not the hotel's fault but we had to leave our room in the middle of the night in our pyjamas and came back inside after 15-20 minutes) No cleaning unless you stay 7 nights, our trash was piling up. They only provide extra towels if you go to laundry room No elevator on some floors (we stayed in 5th floor and had to carry our luggage from 4th floor)

Great accommodation, facilitates, easy check-in (all via WhatsApp). communication was easy with quick responses to questions. Able to cast from my mobile to watch Netflix on the television too. Brilliant location, only 100m to the underground and many attractions within walking distance. highly recommend and will definitely return.

the only issue we experienced was with the luggage lockers, you set a passcode which then didn’t work upon our return. the service team were great responding via tx and offering to attend with a locker key. This did however cause panic given we were leaving for the airport. conscious this can happen, maybe another system to respond to emergencies would benefit.

-The apartment was clean when I entered, -It has facilities I like, e.g. fridge, coffee-/tea-maker, a safe, good bed, plates, forks, knives and glasses. These are all pleasant to have, and are normally not included in most of the regular hotelrooms, so they feel as extra bonus. -Wifi was excellent- The entrance-access with a code functioned very well-The floor in the room was allergy proof. Fortunately no carpets, etc.

-Although I don't mind in itself that there was no cleaning during my stay (5 days), as it gave me more privacy (no cleaning ladies knocking on the door or suddenly entering), I think some simple equipment, like e.g a broom or sufficient material like cloths and dustpan and brush, were missing.-In the basement of the building were washingmachines. Unfortunately, it was all so complicated (I had to download an app first, a lot of steps to make before being able to start), that I decided not to wash and go elswhere for the same aim. A simple machine to put coins in and instructions to start immediately would have been nicer and easier.

Great place. The location is perfect. Just in the same block, you'll find a variety of restaurants, a discount store, and the entrance to the metro for the U6 line. This metro line is super convenient, as it traverses all other lines, so you can go anywhere in Berlin rather quickly. The person-less check-in and check-out experience went smoothly. I liked it very much and hope other hotels will adopt it. The WiFi is also easy to connect to; you only need to enter the password once during your stay.

The TV seems to be configured to connect with Android/Chromecast only, so it could not stream videos from the iPhone. However, connecting your PC with HDMI is fine. Local TV didn't work either, but maybe it was a problem with this room in particular.

I loved the privacy and the free amenities in the room. The location was great too

Lack of aircon meant it was very hot in the room in July. Sleeping with the window rectified this and I found a fan was available for me to use.

There's no check in desk. We filled in our details on the link prior to arrival and they sent us our room key code on the day of check in. We were kept informed via WhatsApp and email and were able to check in early on the day. It's a beautiful building, very secure thanks to the keypad entry system throughout. The room was clean, modern and comfortable and the little kitchenette area served us well. The room had a safety deposit box which came in useful and we were able to leave our bags in a secure luggage locker on our check our day, whilst we went out. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie which worked brilliantly for us. We were able to walk from our hotel to all the key tourist attractions with ease.

There is an option to add breakfast boxes during your stay but these were €13 each. We got bits from the local supermarket and since there was a fridge in the room, we were able to store everything so that it would stay fresh.

The whole stay was amazing! The room was very comfortable and beautiful, everything was clean and well looked after. The breakfast on the doorstep was just great! Everything was organised in advance and well prepared.

Although the automatic communication was effective and the response via WhatsApp was fast, there was an emergency at the hotel and all the guests had to leave for the fire brigade to enter. There was no one from the staff present to give us any clarification. We received the SMS with some delay saying everything was fine, but everything was automated and without a "face".

very much liked in the hotel the whole experience of arriving without staff, not to carry cards and not afraid to lose them. Everything is well thought out and clear instructions. The own app is very helpful with all questions. Delicious coffee and tea in the room. The location is great near the subway and major tourist spots. The hotel is supportive sustainability.

I would like to improve, the beds are very narrow if you take a twin room. There was no full-length mirror or at least half-length mirror. No outlet in the bathtub for a hair dryer. In a budget room there was not enough space for clothes. And in modern hotels, especially with the emphasis on digitalization, I would like to see outlets with USB / C sockets.

Coming for the Berlinale, I had a lot of camera kit with me. Being a self service set up it was a bit of a struggle getting my things to my room. If I was there for personal it would have been fine. One other draw back was there was a couple of nights the room above was loud. One night they obviously had a big group in pre clubbing. Not having staff on site to address the issue was a bit annoying. Luckily they all left around 1 am and I could get some sleep
